You can fiddle around with cinnamon and pepper and mint and ginger and parsley and rose petals. Also milk. It will probably take a bit of experimentation to figure out what's the right amount to make your tea taste good. Doses that taste awful in large amounts can improve taste in very small amounts and sometimes small amounts don't give the punch you'd like to get out of larger amounts. Depending on your definition of non-processed sugar, you could also just stick in honey. I hope you realize though that when it comes to eating healthy, the question isn't processed vs non-processed sugar but total calorie intake. There are a lot of idiots out there who think binging hard on stuff like bananas, strawberries, or organic apple juice won't make you fat, but it will.

That said reducing your calorie intake is usually a good idea and cutting down on processed sugars will do that (as long as you don't consume different sugars to take their place).
