When you do get people who know nothing about politics to come, they will stay if they have fun, actually learning isn't the priority at the very start, so that's worth keeping in mind.

As someone from a place which prostitution is legal I have not really noticed any black market for prostitution however I have not really looked for it to be completely honest and don't doubt the possibility that a small one might exist somewhere. However I still don't think that should get in the way of the fact that legalisation does provide a safer more protected market for sex workers where as the alternative of decriminalization leads to the continuation of a much more unsafe (when compared to the legal model) sole black market in which it is much harder to place protections for the health and well-being of sex workers.
