My machines usually maintain their speed without having to reinstall the entire OS too, because I actually know how to maintain them so there is virtually no difference in performance from when I finish installing windows to when I've been using it 6 months to 4 years down the line.

People asked how it was better, I gave examples. Deal with it, I use WinCDEmu on my win7 machine, but win10 is just a better OS.
