If you want an answer that isn't a joke the reason is they're updating the engine to the one Fallout 4 uses, which is pretty much exactly the same outside of better built in shaders, and if you can't run ENBs then this would give you similar results with much better performance. Also it is 64-bit meaning that you can use more than 4gb of RAM.

The financial incentive here is that not all of the goyim on PC spent their shekels on $kyrim's DLC, and you only get the definitive edition updates if you have all of the DLC.

You don't just make a weapon better or worse. There are many factors that determine their performance and one of the least important parts of arena shooter balance is how "good" each weapon is. If one weapon is hilariously overpowered, then people will fight over its spawn like how they fight over the udamage and big armor spawns, and they'll start to favor weapons that match up better against the overpowered one. The flak cannon wasn't nerfed then buffed to end up where it started, it was changed and changed again to end up somewhere very different.

As for the performance stuff I haven't had any issues on the windows version with a GTX 760, 8GB RAM, and i3 processor (yes I know). It runs like shit on the linux version and it always has.

I couldnt give two shits to be honest, I can easily edit whats wrong out or use mutators.

I have a weak spot for survival roguelites, and making it in a dystopian town instead of forests and zombies gives it a nice touch. It's more about dressing right and knowing when and who to steal instead of building shelter and crafting weapons. Also, I'm really curious to know how the drugs are going to play out in a long run, until now all we know is that you are going to be bloodchecked by guards when you transit between districts and if you are sober, then you are fucked, on the other hand, ingesting it fucks your stats and perception of reality, overdose eventually kills you.

When you look at the average Japanese dev they usually just hand the game over to whichever localization team is currently available. It's also typically not handed over until the Japanse version is done, causing things like Persona 5 Month Wait to happen. What's worse is that like we say with Yoko Taro recently, they typically don't give a shit. They only care that the Nippon version is good, fuck the filthy gaijin! The gaijin is even lower on the totem pole than the goyim!

RPG maker seems pretty shitty for most things to me, but pokemon is one of the things it naturally works for, you shouldn't try making any other games on rpg maker. And all I'm noticing that could be rpg maker in the beta is occasional lag, which hopefully will be fixed in the final version. Otherwise, it looks and plays better than gen 6, so unless you're just a meming faggot who wanted to post >RPG maker and then leave the thread, it's worth playing, moreso than sun and moon at least.

Well for one, the buggy beta I played was still a better game than the last gamefreak pokemon.

Nuclear does double damage to everything except nuclear and steel, and takes double damage from everything except nuclear. Only 3 pokemon as far as I know in the game are naturally nuclear type, otherwise any other pokemon can be irradiated and become nuclear type. Non natural nuclear pokemon can disobey the trainer in battle. So it's a glass cannon type. Sort of like the shadow type in Pokemon Colosseum and XD.

From what I can see, the eevee evolution because there's always a fuckinig eevee evolution, is a bit nuts, but gets OHKO'd if outsped, and isn't too fast. Also, if it's that big of a thread, everyone would start running steel and/or fast pokemon.

The only new pokemon stuff in the game is fairy type and megas. They are there but you don't unlock them until after the 7th gym I think. And since most of the dex is new pokemon, they don't have to balance for old megas.

Against nuclear, maybe. Also, so far it seems like not every pokemon in the game can be found as nuclear, so some pokemon like Inflagetah jesus christ will probably not have nuclear variants, which would keep it balanced. Because if some pokemon like Inflagetah jesus christ got nuclear, they would be broken as fuck.

I agree on the music and animations though. It's two people doing it so the majority of the work is the guy spriting and the other coding in gameplay. I read that a lot of the music is just remixed existing pokemon music, but they did get a guy to make them new music, like the trainer and wild pokemon battle which are decent. And the spriter only has done animations for starters and legendaries, he said animating all 150+ new pokemon would be too much work, which is a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker.

I've played the Uranium Beta and besides bugs like forgetting to put tiles in and such, the only thing that rpg maker itself has done to lessen the experience is make it laggy when I'm running outdoors sometimes.

Off was pretty good, though not by merit of the engine. It just had good music, nice art style, and a good setting. I suppose since the engine is so easy to use the game might not have been made without it.
