And once you have the capital, you can startup all kinds of media companies, from gaming, to youtube, to indie movies etc and get your own journalists and create your own media circle. I don't have anything against paying people for a good video game if:
1. it's actually good
2. it's a fair price
3. the people who made it are good people
4. no involvement from any government or corporation

sad thing is that since these things involve money, they always eventually become cucked. look at how great minecraft was very very early on. look how horrible it became. microsoft became interested and offered them FUCKING TONS of money for it. FOSS games tend to remove this issue because people make the game simply for fun since they know they and others will be able to enjoy it together. it's already free and there's less opportunities and pathways through which the game can become cucked, which screws over everyone who enjoys the game.

I think whomever makes the game should be paid. Being paid for writing a game != being able to sell the game to some other company, first of all. Secondly, it's going to have WN content so no one is going to be interested in buying it anyway except to shut it down. Third, if you want OSS then you should pay for it. Set a price up front, say 30K+ depending on the game, and if that target is met then the source will be released. No giving it away until the developer has been paid.

Also maybe the license should be changed to WOSS - the source will only ever be made available to White people of good character.
