No, it's a bigass multiplayer Doom mod made to look, function and sound like a Mega Man game. All collectible weapons are Robot Master copy weapons from the games, things like that.

The mod passed around here, Justified Classes, alters each skin into its own class that has attacks from the source games, so Wood Man has a leaf-rain and Shade Man has a petrifying gaze/talon-swoop while flying. The only robots missing are from Mega Man 9 and Mega Man 10, otherwise everything (up to and including the Game Boy games' Mega Man Killers/Stardroids, the Genesis Unit from Wily Wars and Mega Man & Bass's original robots) is present and accounted for as its own unique class, and Mega Man/Bass/Proto Man are made unique by the fact they can copy weapons from robots they frag.

Megs/Proto/Bass can be fucking scary in the right hands due to their copy abilities, they can build up an arsenal if left unchecked and they're a server-clearer if they get their hands on Top Spin. Also if you've got a good memory, all the robots succumb to their original weaknesses, ie Heat Man to Bubble Lead or Tomahawk Man to Plant Barrier.

So far my favorites are Turbo Man, Jupiter, Slash Man, and Gernade Man. Going through singleplayer right now, and aside from the bots loving to run on the edge of balconies I'm enjoying it so far. Whenever Top Man or Heat Man I have to rush it though, they tend to be annoying and kill a lot faster than the others.

Duo and Clown Man are pretty good too. Actually most of the classes are good with some exceptions like Dark Man 1, 2 and 4 and some others that I'm forgetting right now.

By the way, yesterday we were having some troubles with bugs with the game and I think I have found what triggers them:
First the taunt pack is bugged, it will make several Proto Men spawn and spam their taunt, this doesn't break the game but can be annoying, specially if someone is playing as Proto Man.
Second there are some bugs with copy characters that actually breaks the game. I've been playin the boss rush with Mega Man and Bass and I've discovered that if you kill Venus or Neptune (I haven't tested them all but apparently it only happens with the Stardroids) with them (and probably any copy characters) the game will crash, and, if you are playing online, the server will crash too.

Would explain why it'd crash shortly after I joined yesterday, will check for Justified updates since they're usually decently quick off the mark where bugfixes are concerned.

Also apparently the Proto Men bug isn't an issue with the taunts pack but with Proto Man himself.

Change "Optional" to "Optional for clients (Host doesn't need to/shouldn't add it)" for clarification and it's good. Make sure to keep it updated as bugfixes and new releases come out, 'specially since it sucked trying to find the up-to-date DOS class pk3.

Bright Man's fucking scary in the right hands, if I remember right his buster's much stronger than normal to make up for its slower fire rate and that he doesn't have constant access to his time-stop.

Busters in general are great weapons. Aside from plantman's.

There really is something to be said for a nice, reliable primary like all the busters provide, if I get a crap weapon I usually end up defaulting back to Bass Buster until I get something better rather than try my luck with a fucking Leaf Shield or something.

It did crash, we experienced it several times.
It crashed whenever one of them killed some of the stardroids and other random classes.

Before we used to play with the v3egg patch wich worked fine, however they later released the v3ehh patch wich added a new class (sniper joe) and new moves to existing classes (like granade man can now charge his flash bombs) but it broke copywep whenever they killed some classes like I said before. However, yesterday they released patch v3ehhh wich fixed the crash bug and the proto clones bug.
