Well if everyone simply muted you then I doubt they would be constantly complaining to admins. In most games that shit takes less than five seconds.

ive even talked to people who refuse to use the mute function
it often boils down to "i shouldnt have to", and i suppose getting an admin to do what they want gets their dick hard

For source games, you could use a program like SLAM, which is really handy, but otherwise you could set up a mic toggle and use virtual audio cable to set mic input and audio output as Line 1.

I think on windows you set your default mic to stereo mix or something.

On my Linux I use PulseAudio, set the default input device to monitor of Built-in Analog Stereo, set the playback of said micspam video to Built-in Analog Stereo, and use "pactl load-module module-loopback latency_msec=1" to redirect the input of that monitor of that empty line to my headset.

In simpler terms this allows you to micspam a song, hear the song, but also listen to the game while they won't be able to hear anything but the micspam.
And then just join a squeeker server and +voicerecord
Another fun thing to do is add LADSPA TAP sound effects to your mic to make you sound like satan.

SLAM is REALLY good for spamming voice clips, since it uses Source game's consoles and filenames to let you load what soundfile you want. It will assign each file keywords from the filename, and if you give them filenames without any spaces, you can just type what you put for the filename into console and it will load it up

You can take it a step further and just bind those phrases to your keyboard
