Being a multimedia franchise, Pokémon goes in the Pokémon folder. It then goes into whatever themed subfolder is most appropriate.
Touhou goes into the porn folder. Don't pretend any of those images you saved are sfw.

I don't have board-specific folder except for the pictures I extracted automatically by scraping the boards back when it wasn't sure we would stay there. I have a reaction image folder with subfolders corresponding to the mood I want to convey, and an inspiration folder where I put cool pictures and interesting art. I have no touhou pictures saved.
