Emerging from the ranks of the American Jewish Labour Committee, the JLC appointed the polish-born jew Kalmen Kaplansky as the national director in order to spearhead a PR campaign to combat anti-semitism in the Canadian labour movement. It soon shifted its focus to pushing for anti-discrimination laws at the federal level.
The JLC's nationwide committees engaged in a wide variety of propagandist activities including distributing pamphlets, hosting Race Relations Institutes and coordinating with educational institutions. The main argument, in true communist fashion, was that racism was a bourgeois tool for class oppression. Here are some of the JLC campaign's official posters for the Canadian initiative.
Kalmen Kaplansky and the JLC's now nationwide anti-racism committees (in Montreal, Toronto, Windsor, Winnepeg and Vancouver) collaborated with the Canadian Jewish Congress to educate the "unenlightened" gentiles on the abhorrence of their desire for a racially-homogenous society.
In Dresden Ontario, where the black population had grown to 20% of the population, many white business owners refused to serve blacks. The JLC's jew squad descended on the small town, aided by jewish journalists and funds from jewish-dominated trade unions, and made the "Dresden Story" a national issue.

Conservative premier Leslie Frost would, after intense lobbying by the jewish-dominated ACL (Canadian version of the ACLU), pass the Fair Employment Practices Act, although the citizens of Dresden had voted against government intervention in this regard 517-108.

Himel, the ACL and the JLC's pressure would also lead to the repeal of the "restrictive covenants" - which allowed white communities to refuse the sale of a home to visible minorities. This effectively removed White Canadians' right to live in a racially-homogenous society.
Although the anti-discrimination bill was passed, this wasn't good enough for Kaplansky - assisted by the (((Toronto Labour Committee)))'s jewish secretary Sid Blum, he orchestrated a series of false flag operations, bussing in non-resident blacks to test whether white business owners were complying with their jewish overlords' wishes.
In the 1960s Blum, who was by then the director of the JLC, would spearhead minority rights initiatives in multiple provinces including Nova Scotia where he would dispatch the jew Alan Borovoy to mobilize the blacks in the Africville Slum, and ensure the government granted the poor oppressed blacks financial restitutions.
This is pretty interesting. American here I don't really know that much about Jewish activities in Canada specifically. Should be good to watch.

The JLC would be instrumental in establishing the short-lived National Committee on Human Rights, which would lay the foundations for Pierre Trudeau's shift from Canada's status as a bicultural nation to a multicultural hellhole; this would culminate in 1988 with PM Brian Mulroney's Canadian Multiculturalism Act.

It's a two-pronged assault. The Chinese state has also taken an interest in real-estate investments in major Canadian cities. Chinese are not allowed to store money out of the country, but are allowed to invest in property in foreign countries. This is a method for Chinese elite to funnel wealth outside of their country. I suspect the Canadian government in cities like Toronto have bent over backwards to accommodate wealthy Chinese investors to encourage them to invest in real estate. Some laws are made to appease the Communist elite. They buy land, but they also bring their commie ideology over with them.
