In a lot of cases when boomers die off they will transfer those homes to their children. Since they had less kids there is less of a chance the estates are broken up and sold. In my extended family only my parents had kids. I've already had two aunts and uncles die who left their estates to myself and my two brothers. My moms boyfriend is going to do the same as he had no kids.

Democracies are typically stable because voting is a release valve that allows the population to (at least think) they have some control. But once white people, the only important demographic and the ones who keep everything propped up, realize that their votes are meaningless because the shitskins will always overpower them with tribal voting, that is when I think we'll finally have a chance for a revolution.
