While I was doing my research I noticed that it was mostly weirdo old hippie socialists supporting Macron. Young people, even women and gays, seem cautious about admitting support for Le Pen but were accepting of her because they are more realistic about the terrorism happening in their country. I read things like "I don't want my niece to wear a veil." "I'm a homo but I care more about the economy."

Macron has three really bad things going against him:

1. He is a member of Hollande's failed far left socialist government.
2. He is an ex banker.
3. He loves the EU more than France and will be Merkel's "petite chien."

None of these have been exploited yet, and they are freaking platinum mines. Especially number 3 (more than 50 percent of Frenchies want a EU referendum).
The banker has been exploited, but could use a lot more traction.
And the fact that he is the puppet of Hollande should also be exploited more.

These three things are disastrous for him and he's trying to hide them saying "I'm the anti system candidate", because he has to make people believe he is none of the above, and the only option is telling these lies.
