There's Naked Order, but it kind of sucks. Well, it's a stealth game made in RPG Maker, of course it sucks. You spend 95% of the game trying to sneak from event to event or collecting the things you need to unlock events, but the controls are really shitty and the enemies move quite unpredictably.
Still, you might get some enjoyment from it.

Make sure you're installing the Japanese RTPs. You may need more than just 2000, I have 2000, 2003, XP, VX and VXAce. I'm not sure which are necessary.

I find Game Over Rape games to be inherently frustrating to play. If I want to see porn I can look up porn. If I want to play a game I can play a game. Combining the two seems awesome but GOR games make you chose between the two.

To play a fun game I have to avoid the porn, the see the porn I have to purposefully play badly.

I've got a mod that when you're arrested, you're publicly shamed in front of the whole town, and some of the townsfolk "interact" with you whilst you're tied up or in the stocks. Sometimes it takes an age for the whole process to end though.

For me GOR should be damn hard, so that you fail amusingly whether you like it or not. The porn that comes from it is like a consolation reward. That's the problem I had with pic related, since it was too easy and I didn't die once. Thankfully, the game rewarded me with a sort of animation gallery, where I could see all the rape scenes right away.

I always recommend Repure Aria to people who like the sex integrated with the gameplay. You need to have sex with the monsters in order to learn new powers.

Of the GOR games I'm played, I find I purposefully get hit by a new enemy to add them to the gallery then I play the game properly until the next new enemy encounter.

I can see where you are coming from but at the end there I still want to lose to get said reward.

Personally I would like to see a sort of game where you collect monsters via taming them somehow and then breed them for more powerful monsters. Use the monsters to help you take on more powerful monsters. The monsters themselves would be defeated either be depleting their health, exhausting them or winning them over. The latter two would be doable via sex based moves.

You might find a monster that wants to have sex with you rather than fight yet the goal is to "impress" them. Lie there and take it and the monster leaves when done. Put on a good show and the monster wants to stick with you.

The premise is that you play as a guy and a girl sharing the same body. The guy is pretty much helpless, but he can use magic to transform into the girl. When the girl touches a monster she loses health, and when she loses all her health she transforms back into the guy. While you play as the guy the monsters try and rape you instead of attack you, and you have a vitality bar that goes down when you get raped but slowly recovers on its own. If you get raped when the vitality bar is empty, then you lose health as the guy and can eventually die. But whenever you get raped the monster has a chance of dropping an item that you can equip in order to use new abilities in the girl form.
