Yup. Priorotize the threats. No matter how hard they're trying to help fight, the women are decoys at most. In a dangerous situation, you want your eyes - and then your fists, elbows, and knees - working mainly on the guy who might actually do you some damage.

Use a simple dog ball thrower to throw paint filled balloons at targets who instigate violence, the paint will demoralize them and reduce their anonymity. It will also destroy their "200 hoodies". Reduced anonymity means less violence. Remember to only use this after a brick has been thrown. I have heard some say slings but slings look more dangerous before a cop or judge. And you could be blamed for throwing other things. Your risk. If you bring a few balloon throwers you can set up a good suppression line and use volley or fire at will.

The lesser beta bravi will often be people who don't fit in, the alpha exploits them. They're like roving wolf-packs in the city, they prefer not to use sidewalk and know plenty of allies and thru-way building travel paths to make escapes or lose tails.
