DACA isn't a "law" in the "congress passed this and the president signed it" sense. it was an administrative order (aka executive order, or EO) that directed DHS and other relevant agencies to do whatever DACA said they should do. since it's an EO, and Trump is now the executive, he could dismantle the whole thing with a single signature.
