People definitely know of the Machinist, I've never seen it but I've heard it mentioned several times over the years. Generally people reference it when talking about his weight loss for the film (Bale is notorious for performing absolutely ridiculous and inhuman weight gain/loss for his roles, definitely requiring the use of substances). I never heard of that other film though.

Despite the best efforts of Jews, good movies with significant ideas and themes still get released because there is simply that craving for truth. The movie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is case in point - it seems obvious it's meant to give some exposure to the problem of pedowood kikes, but it's also obvious Robert Downey Jr. was forced to cut out the stuff that was too good watch it you'll see what I mean.

Ghost in the Shell was actually pretty good, and also an obvious metaphor for the experience of being a mind control slave. If you pay attention you start noticing the prevalence of mind control themes and imagery, since there are such a disproportionate number of writers being selected because they are themselves MCed. Further, they want to obscure the origin of MC behavior so they often portray the behavior accurately, but then give it an "innocuous" etiology.
