My very close friends and family have a good idea of my views, but I make a point of never initiating political discussions with anyone else, and generally bow out or say something fairly vague and noncommital when a discussion does occur at work. I do some work that occasionally has me supervising kids, and I make my own subtle little contribution to the cause by doing nothing to stop them from making holocaust jokes or ironically idolizing Hitler. Sometimes I might even give them a little smile if the joke was particularly funny. It happens surprisingly often at the high school level, and it's very encouraging to me, because I think being able to laugh at that sort of thing is the first step towards the redpill.
