There is a pretty clear definition of "white" - a pure blood caucasian with no dinaric (arab) or turic (roach) admixtures.
Even if they happen to be zoroastrian (assyrians), muslim (chechen) or whatever, they are still white.

The fact that he even speaks of Finns as one group instead of two means he doesn't fully know what he's talking about. Western Finns are aryans who simply adopted the language. Eastern Finns are partly Eurasian and some groups are more "mongol" than others. Karelians tend to have less eurasian blood. Narrow skulls and long sharp noses. Savonians seem like the most mongol of the Finnish tribes. Somewhat round heads, shallow features around the eyes, a bit of an epiphytic eyefold and the most recognizable feature, the short round nose.

Even then I'd say most of them qualify as white, even if they would not qualify as fully aryan. Pic related is not the average eastern Finn but quite an extreme example of a Savonian. Well, the native Finns are Eskimos. The non-Eskimos are the Germanics, that moved in during the middle ages. There is even some roman admixture, because the Teutonic Order seat was in southern Finland and they had big recruitment in Italy among other things.

The Germanics did not move in during the middle-ages, but thousands of years ago. The earliest archeological finds are from the west coast. The Finnish mutation of the Haplo group I is absolutely ancient. It very well may be that the Western Finns were there before the Eastern Finns. Not all over the land area, but the western half.
