I think you might be right.
There's a lot of information in these images but that's offset by them being pretty low resolution.
I was in a rush to get the information out and hadn't taken a detailed look, but now I'm revisiting the stills, I'm noticing strange activity on the roof of the building beside Ahlens and further vehicle activity under the front of the building.
