Historian Ralph Ellis offers evidence that Jesus and the historical king Manu are the same person. This has huge implications for Holla Forums if correct. From the story:
It turns out the most accurate depiction of Jesus Christ may be on a bronze coin from the 1st century AD.
The image on the coin was believed to be of Manu, the King of Edessa, which is today southeastern Turkey. But in a potentially mind blowing twist, historian Ralph Ellis says that Manu and Jesus were the same person.
Ellis wrote about his theory in his book Jesus, King of Edessa and said, "the coin is the icing on the cake, and at last helps build up a strong case for the true identity and genealogy of the biblical Jesus."
The crown of thorns depicted on the coin adds further fuel to Ellis's theory that Manu and Jesus were one in the same. His idea, although controversial, is that Jesus was "a warrior king who challenged the might of the Roman Empire in AD68 and paid the price."
If Ellis is right it would mean Jesus was a literal King who opposed Rome because he, and his followers, believed he was the Messiah. And as a result, he was made an example of. It would mean that once again the Aryan BTFO of the Jew.
Wait what exactly is going on here? Would anyone care to elaborate, since the link OP posted is rather empty of anything but what was in the OP. Also, at this time, wasn't Edessa more-or-less Greek? Is OP saying that Jesus was a Greek warlord king who fought Rome and eventually lost, much like King Mithridates of Pontus?

Yeah, but it's aggressively aquiline (Latin for eagle-like). That's a Roman beak, not a Semitic one.

Eh, yeah, it does look aquiline, but damn it's a big ol' schnozz. I have a Dutch nose, myself.

The hell? Does someone have a picture of noses and what they are or something? I guess I have a Latvian nose because that's what I am?

I think christcucks just need to accept that rabbi yeshua was a jew and there are no good jews. Everything yeshua did was a bid to make himself big amongst jews; out-jewing jews by reminding them of the shit they do and then claiming he would totally not do that, wrecking jew temples, claiming to be the (((messiah))). The biggest hole in this is that OP's theory that came from an AOL article is based on this:
Even christcucks like to repeat on Holla Forums ad nauseum that yeshua was against other jews, meaning that other jews were his other target. In effect, he didn't care much for Rome. Even going by the (((bible))) the jews at his trial were what got him executed and the romans were just doing their job. Do you seriously and inadvertently imply he wanted revenge against a bunch of romans for doing their job? So christ-like. So kingly. Even so that must be the case because the catholic creed or whatever constantly mentions the name of the roman guy who carried out his trial. How very jewish to be that vindictive.
I don't even know what you mean by this. I don't even think you know what you mean by this.

Is there some trace of this being a depiction of a "crown of thorns" or is this guy just confirming things to fit his theory and sell his book?
And if his theory is correct, it would seem to confirm that all recognizable forms of "Christianity" are based on a Semitic cult which hijacked a separate religious narrative(s) to create a subversive force against the Roman Empire.
Xavier Walker

Have you ever questioned why articles and documentaries like these always spring up around Easter and Christmas time? It's the irreligious trying to make a quick buck because apostasy and heresy sell. None of these claims ever stand up to serious examination, whether Jesus is claimed to really be Julius Caesar or Caesarion or this person or that person, none of it, no matter how many years in a row they propagate the idea (and never with the same alternative identity, which goes to show the absolute lack of consistency in the claim) it never pans out under serious scrutiny.

Their official stance was that he was a sorcerer and liar who was hung by a Jewish council (not crucified by Romans) for witchcraft, and his eternal punishment is to be boiled in semen forever in hell. The Jews today are not the Jews of the Old Testament. Aside from just looking at them, its easy to tell. I don't need to take you through any convuluted "intellectual" nonsense. The religion of modern Judaism has nothing in common with the religion of the Old Testament (which was NEVER called "Judaism"; Judah was ONE tribe in religious confederation of ancient Israel). Jews do not follow ANY of the doctrine of the Old Testament except for the superficial crap, which is exactly what God said he HATED in Isaiah CHAPTER 1.
Sebastian Campbell
Solomon's Key is literally a spellbook for demon sealing, allegedly taught to King Solomon by God Himself. You'll probably recognize a bunch of demon names in it if you play any volume of fantasy-themed videogames. We're actually digging up evidence of demon-sealing being a regular practice among some Jews, going so far as to include rituals in the foundations of their homes.
I'm not aware of a single race that hasn't tried to claim Jesus was one of their own. Even the Japanese.

Sorry, I have to give a short rant about this. While 'stick zombie' isn't a bad meme in and of itself, from a purely jargon standpoint, not all returns from death produce zombies. Zombies are a subset of resurrections. The fucked-up subset. I must confess I don't know the word for 'being-brought-back-without-error-that-resumes-normal-living', but it seems like there should be a word for that to distinguish the concept from the concept of zombies.

The main thesis is that the jews descend ultimately from the priestly caste of Heliopolis, from where they emigrated in two waves to Tanis in lower Egypt, where Ellis says is real historical seat of the dual kingdoms of David and Solomon.
After the Balylonian exile they couldn't return to Tanis so they settled in Palestine (Jerusalem) and the priests had to rewrite their history to fit their current situation.
In the period about 1 BC there arose numerous sects of jews of which the sect of Jesus (the Nazarene sect) was one. After the revolt in 67AD the Romans tried to create "simple judaism" to pacify the Jews using an amalgamation of the philosophy of Philo of Alexandria and various myths and symbols from judaism and other religions in the area.
Some industrious Roman politicians (including Josephus Flavius) tried to eradicate the nationalistic judaism because it had destabilized the eastern part of the empire, and thus replace it with chrisitianity, which was peacenik Judaism. Also, the jewish diaspora had to be convinced not to try to retake Jerusalem.
This is the start of the Zionist/Christian dichotomy which we see now playing out it's endgame.
The end goal of Christianity is to "save" the zionist jews and convert all of them, which is why Jews hate christianity so much, - it's an existential threat to their religion and was invented to destroy them.
In the 20th century zionism was ultimately victorious in regaining Jerusalem, and thus we have the same destabilised eastern part of the empire again, as it were.
Alexander Sullivan
This is kike nonsense. The jews hate and fear Christ. The Son of God chose the most evil people and offered them Salvation but they betrayed. The very name of Christ offends the jew because it shows the jew his own despicable nature.
Jeremiah Young
What scholars have already classified all this? It'd be so much easier to at least partially use an already existing naming scheme.

He doesn't even really come back to life in the myth, he just teleports around in his final form to mindbreak some people. The whole "risen" thing doesn't even make sense since his spirit is supposed to be contiguous with the infinite form of Yahweh and therefore never ceased to exist during the three days following the crucifiction.
Leo Morris
Wrong. He died as a man and went to hell for three days and nights to atone for our sins. He paid for your sins on the cross (punishment for sin is death and hell). So the price is paid, and salvation is free. Whole point of the "gospel" = good news

However, why is it that his single death equates to all of the rest? Consider this: suppose you have persons a, b, and c. Each sins, each will be damned to kill. The only atonment for each is death. However, if one can push off their wickedness onto a single being to bear all the sin (in a counter-alchemy kind of way) it feels like a false equivalence. I.e., before it took 3 lives to atone, now it takes one. (Also, this reminds me of the Angra Manyuu story in Zorastrianism). One could claim that it's because he is initially sinless that his 1 life can equate the 3, however, is there any way to confirm that would be the reason? That is to say, if that rationalization is false, there is a contradiction in the weight of sin.

Why is christcuck threads even allowed? Not that they should be banned, but you can get banned for so much other stuff here by comparison.
(((Jesus))) is the biggest e-celeb, as it is. Trump on his Twitter as well, but it's selective bans.
My overall point is not getting why some good threads go away, and then I see this thread…. Hmmm. Yeah lol.

Because banning those cucks would cause a shitstorm the likes of which hasn't been seen since the implementation of IDs and the mods don't really care to deal with that as they also don't really care about improving the board.

I just wonder why this must be the place for it? Is it needed here? And as to the usefulness of allowing threads to push Christianity when we see other sometimes more useful threads go away.
Not unification, but rather allowing topics that are meaningful than pushing Christ on others. We simply need not fight such a battle here imo.
Thomas James
No one would decry antagonizing a self-admitted kike and such a poster would get a ban if a mod is online, so what exactly is the difference with a self-admitted kike worshiper? You're damn right I antagonize any race traitor I see. I don't blame the mods either, their actions make perfect sense, but I'm not going to lie about their motives either.
Brody Hill
Well, that's a practical opinion. But as things progress and gets worse and worse for western people, they will all look to movements to dedicate their lives to in the hope of a better life. You must remember that christianity isn't gone by a longshot and is going to be a power player in the coming battle for peoples minds.
That's why I think it's better to have it pre-shilled and discussed here. I've never really bought the "thread sliding" thing as an argument on the whole. Most threads on Holla Forums these days are shit.
Also I think it livens things up a bit. Zealots are more fun to argue with than the wishy-washy in my opinion.
Kayden Parker

Julian Bailey
There are other things I would rather be on their minds, and to see this place as a means of such discussion.
Some clearly are worse than others, and that is my point.
Overall I think seeing people bitch about an e-celeb who is speaking in our favor on a beneficial subject, only to see the thread get banned, is disturbing when a thread about Christianity just pops up and stays.
Some politicians are also no better than celebs themselves. Nothing seems balanced or wise in terms of moderation, even Trump's tweets are under e-celeb status if all things were balanced. Nothing fits.

That's the problem, it takes wisdom from a moderator to know when a topic is useful to us, and weigh that versus any intent of the person seeking attention. Sometimes, the baby is tossed away, and we end up fighting over a kike on a stick (sorry christfags). Do you understand?

As a rule, all of these theories about Jesus being something other than a Jewish carpenter are stupid and wrong. The (((Synoptic Gospels))) are books which were derived from the earliest known source material about Jesus. While things have been added and extrapolated on occasion, it's still basically the most reliable source on his life.
I only believe in Kek, but the Jews are 200% behind discrediting Christianity. They know that ex-Christians have a high chance of evolving into SJWs.
Adrian Perez
Jesus is a SPIRITUAL being that took a flesh form to interact with mankind and die afterwards, to come back later in the Second Coming. But kikes rejected this and kept with traditions and wrote the Talmud later on.
And how their expectations where divinely crushed Worth 2k years of salt Note that the kikes are still waiting for their real Messiahs to come what could probibly go wrong ?, since they reject Jesus and dont believe in a SECOND Coming.
