press H to get an in-game wiki, press N to get a list for all the crafting recipes, press B to bring up the crafting interface, right-click on shit to get that things interaction menu

remove the properties file and the game should launch again but without the map mod
someone else has it working but don know how, I thought this one would work out of the box

But raising water tiles requires lots of dirt, you can only raise a tile to 40 slope, then it slides to the adjacent slope.

installed the old client, then opened the self extracting container for the new client and copy pasted over everything except playerfiles folder, steameasyemu folder and the steamemu.ini and steamapi.dll files
then I think I downloaded the shit from wurmian.cloudapp.net/upd.zip and copy pasted that shit over, ran the updater and it works fine™
just keep a backup of your steamemu folder and files

the only important thing of note is that the last position the mouse was in when the window was alt-tabbed away is always where the clicks are going to go. maybe sending mouse move events would 'fix' this issue

UI isnt so bad once you get used to it. There really isnt any problem with server speed. Unless you are running a toaster you should be fine.

Nagle just gets rid of a little bit of network overhead, it's not going to offset the population growing 10 fold and besides, the real issue is probably related to having a ton more objects floating around.

the live map isn't the map you see when pressing M, it's the option below "quit" when you press esc for a minimap of the area you're currently in
