I know exactly what you mean. I take antidepressants which help have an immense affect on the crushing sadness, lethargy and weariness.

And the problem with that might be something you're familiar with, once the sadness is brought under control I'm basically an empty rotting husk without sadnessss… or joy… or motivation, inspiration…

Depression has conditioned me by destroying any underlying memory or sense of normalcy. It started in middle school and I never got treatment till my mid 20s because my parents were absolute scumbag abusive drug addicted sociopath freaks.

And the fucked up part is how common this is now. Capitalism and the culture sustaining is completely soulless and dehumanizing. I work 7 days a week because I'm a farmer and I couldn't be more miserable. There is no brotherhood or comraderie. I just get drunk and Jack off. Fuck this gay earth.
