Do a "Smart search" for "Eichenwald, Kurt" the first result is the one requesting Twitter reveal Rivello's identiy, the second is Kurt suing his stepmother.
Notice how he both made the false allegation that Doe (Rivello) wrote the words on the GIF (Something that can be easily disproven with a TinEye search in seconds), but also more importantly lied by omission by never stating he willingly and explicitly pressed play on the strobe image.
Imagine if a man with an Ipad was standing outside Kurt's home on the sidewalk with this static image, and then Kurt sprinted towards the Ipad and pressed play. Then after experiencing a seizure he calls the FBI claiming a man flashed a strobe at him and gave him a seizure. This is a blatant lie by omission.
