Why bother? Those are very code-heavy and probably would require for you to run only a small amount of addons, so they're only good for singleplayer or lightweight servers really.
Can be done already in multiple ways, thanks to PAC3.

I'm not sure about whether CW2.0 is better than FA:S2 weapons. CW2.0 has SHITLOADS of customisability on the guns (see pic), aside from most pistols. Though it doesn't have the top-tier kek first aid kit. There's also a pack to add DoD:S weapons. Linking them all here.

the backdoor is still in the server, and we're not able to find out what addon is causing it. it isn't the durgzmod because i just removed it and tested it out. i'm going to wait for leatherman to get online so that he can troubleshoot this. until then, report if anyone becomes superadmin for no reason. if this happens, send me their steamid64 (type status in the console) and message it to me on steam (steamcommunity.com/id/HAILMETHSMOKESATAN). this is a pretty serious issue, and hopefully the server doesn't go to shit.

contributor to the addon here, the faggot who reuploaded it in 2012 decided to sneak in a cheeky backdoor added on may 31st as a way to say 'fuck you' and call it quits to gmod

neither me or the original addon creator cheesylard had anything to do this

also, the backdoored addon still exists on workshop - STEAM_0:1:46758361, the steamID of the guy who sneaked in the backdoor, simply set the addon visibility to 'hidden'

if anyone else needs help cleaning it from their server, workshop ID of the backdoored addon is 112986621.

i got into contact with the reuploader of durgzmod. apperantly the addon itself wasn't removed from the workshop, but it was set as "hidden" so that it wasn't removed from servers or collections. when i went to remove it, the addon was still being mounted to the server even though people weren't downloading it, so the backdoor was still there. hopefully the backdoor is gone, and i can use the reuploaded one instead.
for anyone who has the addon installed, unsubscribe to it and go to your addons folder. delete ds_112986621.gma and you should be clean (no, having this addon in your folder will NOT have the exploit work for you on the server)
i'll try to get durgz set up as soon as possible.

This was taken off the workshop ages ago for reasons unknown (I think it was for copyright bullshit), but I managed to snag it before it was gone forever. Made by the same guy who did the WWII German models above, this mod adds Civil War-era NPCs, props and playermodels to the game. Perfect for those who wish to dress up like Confederates.

You'll have to install these manually by dropping them in your "addons" folder. I didn't tamper with the original files in any way.

disconnect your internet before you start up your game, and reconnect it a while afterwards. It seems to work for me

use -noworkshop as a launch option
right-click the game on steam > properties > set launch options…
