The reason I hate e-celebs so much - and I'm sure a lot of you share this opinion - is that their identity is the reason for their popularity, and the people they attract are basically a personality cult, rather than an ideological one. In other words, people get too attached to the youtubers they like to watch, and instead of considering the ideology they promote, they simply like the person and cease all logical thought about their words. I don't think that's really the fault of the youtubers themselves, other than the inevitable ego that fame of any kind creates. The real issues are their audience's inability to separate the ideas they hear from the person that speaks them, and their inability to filter through some of the bullshit that person will inevitably spout. If a youtuber is talking about how the holocaust is bullshit, and then all of the sudden makes videos recanting everything they say (e.g. Eric Hunt recently), most of their audience is more inclined to go along with the "new" thing they heard, rather than considering the arguments and ideas at hand and adopting for themselves what fits best.

I don't have a magical solution to that problem although I've been thinking about it a lot. I think it's inevitable you're going to have vast swaths of normalfags that will just follow the leader no matter what the leader says to do, because they are unable to think for themselves. The only response to that would be for us to create our own e-celebs, rather than trying to use ones that already exist, and repeat the formula we know works well: minimize their ability to be subverted through identity minimization or anonymity.

The only solution I've come up with is to have a bunch of similarly named youtube accounts that remove as much identity as possible, and which are able to maintain a consensus if one of them is compromised. That would require some significant behind the scenes collaboration, itself which would have to be guarded against subversion. We're fortunate in that it's extremely hard to co-opt us on here because of the culture of ideas / truth that exists and the fact that anonymity plays in to that perfectly. If we really want to do outreach, we have to carry that same lack of identity with us on namefag websites and social media, and be able to maintain a lack of ego as we gain listeners and followers.

Attacking T_D is tougher than concern trolling plebbit liberals. Some of them are smart enough to spot a shilling op, especially if it happens all at once. At its core, the problem is the mod team being compromised and deleting posts they find personally objectionable, like anything anti-kike. Taking over the mod team would be difficult - you'd effectively have to convince the userbase of T_D that your account is a better fit than one of the existing mods, and you're ultimately going to need a majority of mods to create the context you need. Alternatively, you'd have to dox the shit out of the mods and show they're being paid by Shareblue or something, but even then, the mods would have to voluntarily give up their positions and that's going to be tough.

A possibly easier alternative would be to create a new community, whether on plebbit or voat, which is explicitly pro-Trump and very similar to T_D, but which is entirely moderated by us and dedicated to free speech. That would allow us to promote the fact that we can literally say anything we want, and to shill T_D with the idea that the new community we made is cooler than T_D. You could do this by exposing instances in which the mods on T_D are deleting posts and preventing discussion, and slowly upping the intensity of the discontent you espouse, while providing the solution to all the problems: go somewhere else for real free speech discussion.

Because of their follower mentality, the users won't want to get implicitly out-grouped by being part of T_D when a more trendy community exists that still agrees with their basic ideology. From there, you simply have to keep promoting the new community externally, and slowly promote a more extreme ideology internally. The catch is that despite promoting a free speech message, what you're really doing is establishing a carefully curated direction for the community. You allow almost anything to be said, but you police external shills and concern trolls heavily, or you attack them visibly as moderators so the community will latch on to you and follow your lead against the shills. You have to do this or you risk losing your followers, because they are always looking for the next thing to latch to. And you can never allow any of the users to become moderators or have any power - it has to be externally controlled or you risk subversion of the whole thing.

Another problem is to keep the ranks pure and based. I'm happy to contribute as I'd imagine you and others would be too. Perhaps part of the rule to be there is you must also contribute with that account, either voat or elsewhere in a trackable (to us only) and verifiable way. Our word (all we have here) is all we can go on. But if you deviate from the established narrative here, the ban hammer hovers close.

Now it appears to be taken back due to doxxing and they are re-rallying elsewhere. Hence the above warning. Holla Forumscoonshire is next place and they want to get CT back. That place has been shoad about 5x now. 2x reddit - r/Niggers then r/coontown, v/niggers, v/CT then v/niggers/coonshire back again now.
If that's not enough of a warning of what we are up against then I don't know what is.
We must learn from past voat mistakes by others as the kikes and sjws viciously attack the extreme parts, we would be subject to similar but less vehement bullshit if we keep it underhanded enough.

PJW is a kike shill. Whether he's actually one himself is immaterial, he's made it clear that's the team for which he bats. He's in leagues with Cernovich and the other kike co-horts on twitter and youtube. He promotes a ton of civnat bullshit as well, just like the rest of them. I admit it's hard to avoid doing that when you're trying to redpill people - you have to lead them along to more extreme viewpoints or they can reject you outright - but the point is that you have to make some progress. If your intention is to ultimately lead people to be natsoc, for example, you have to appear to honestly consider natsoc points of view when people throw them at you, not call them racist anti-semite nazis every single time. There's keeping up appearances and then there's outright rejection.

As far as setting up something on voat, the best plan would be to have the mod accounts all be effectively anonymous as well. Shared names with numbers after them, something like that. Best if those accounts never actually post except to out shills - create other alts and make actual posts and comments with those, never tie the two together to keep identities separate.

Construct or steal an identity and make new e-mail addresses and everything around that new identity. Only use your voat accounts in that context, keep it totally separate. Run it all in a VM on your computer or something so it's all centralized and you minimize the risk of making a mistake. Completely reject all forms of chat apps, especially Discord. They're namefag as hell and have lots of security issues like IP leaks. You don't need it to coordinate things - if you have a group of mods on a voat subverse already you can discuss things among yourselves on there, so long as you don't get infiltrated. Making a board on here would be okay too, but it should be unlisted and not linked to much, certainly not in any thread OPs.

Last and most importantly, be willing to grenade the entire thing at the drop of a hat if need be. If it ever looks unsalvageable or you start getting infiltrated, blow it all up sky high and start over again fresh, new identities, new names, claim to be former users of the old place that are starting it up new and with different intentions, but in reality you're doing it all the same again.

The biggest thing we need is numbers though. If you only have a couple Holla Forumsacks it will be very hard to generate the slow shift of opinions on T_D that the new place is better and more trendy. We'd need to slowly but surely promote it on here, without making dedicated threads or being too visible. Better to promote it slowly and be careful in recruiting than to shine a huge spotlight on what is being done. Bring it up mid-way through social media related threads on here, discuss the idea of shilling on reddit, seek out anons that are interested in helping, vet them as best you can and let them in on what is going on.
