I can't find job postings anywhere. Considering the apparent prevalence of them, there has got to be a large amount of them since they are ever present, always active, and totally ubiquitous among social media. So where are they being recruited at?

To know where to look for them just google for companies that do (internet)marketing and ask them if they have an internet division and if they have open positions. You know, just the same shit when you would ask for a job opening everywhere else.
If you have good forum accounts, you most likley get one. If not, pray that they also shill on imageborads and you can convince them that you're able to argue well enough that they'll take you.
Or you know some other poor soul that does it and can get you a shiling job.

You're not looking hard enough. Shills are usually recruited from their current jobs, usually working for a PR firm, and assigned to a project where they shill. Search for job titles like Digital Media Specialist and you will probably end up convincing people to buy shit like DUUM on cuckchan. They don't want people actually familiar with the site they shill on because they want useful idiots unattached to the places they're assigned to go. You can find a plebbit post on this where a paid hillary shill came clean on the bernout subreddit. inbb4 it was probably deleted by now. It made the news so you can probably find an article about it.
