Trains tend to defy common sense in their function, but the weight of a freight train is one of those rare occasions where the untrained eye would be right. Freight trains are indeed heavier than passenger trains, though it is not only because of their cargo - freight trains are allowed more carriages per convoy, up to 750 meters in combined length without special circumstences.

However, this comes at the cost of speed. Because of their sheer weight and length, freight trains are not allowed to go much faster than 50 mph. Passenger trains can double that depending on the railroad and engine. Thus, should you get hit by a train, a passenger train would hit substantially harder than a freight train assuming they're going at their full allowed speed.

Maybe it's because I was 12 when I played it, but I thought it was a very cool line, since it was basically true. All this time the prince was trying to undo what he had done and save his life, but all he did was set the entire events in motion, basically by trying to undo the creation of the sands of time, he actually made them thus condemning himself to death.

I like how it's the polar opposite of the architect one. In the architect one, the prince starts out hopeless, realizing that he can't escape his fate of dying, then he sees a mural talking about a mask that can undo one's fate, so now he is full of hope and wants to live again.
In the wraith one, he starts with hope that he has finally found the mask and he can undo what he has done, but after transforming he realizes that he would inevitably be eaten by the Dahaka so he still failed(at least in his mind) in changing his fate so he is hopeless again.
I will admit, that I liked how hard they made it for the prince to change his fate, and even then it had some unforeseen repercussions. That is some quality writing right there.

Also after you confirm that with her she starts speaking to you with far more emotion than before. Actually it's a little overacted from that point, in my opinion.

Impressive how FFXIV actually has some neat writing.

Generally well-written and the alien relationship is more about opening up your mind to other cultures no matter how bizarre. There's no privilege checking, no admonishment for not accepting Blueberry Pie's love, just an option

DA:O, well they started pushing the limits of good taste. Homosexual relationships are present, but at least the game never actively tries to push you into one, which is more than I can say for its sequel
