wow sounds you can like music made by black people even if you're white!

Dumb Kraut meme.

what's wrong with white people listening to it lol

I can understand some discomfort if they were LARPing as black people while they did it, but for consuming something aimed at mass consumption? I bet the composers of these music would be the first to slap those ideas out of you

american popular music

blacks: blues, rock, jazz, disco, funk, soul, hip hop, house & techno

whites: nu metal, hardstyle, brostep

choose wisely

if these were good genres they'd be saying black people invented it though.

they did it with punk, watch that stupid Death documentary

Haven't seen that documentary, but Death really was a pioneering punk band. And a really good one at that.

Idpol pls go and stay go.

Shiggoth.

I wonder who could be behind these posts…

Jazz is dead user.

black people invented hardcore with Bad Brains

it was invented by gay black people from Chicago

this might trigger Holla Forums but American dream 1950's type people have contributed the least to American culture and even the most famous American folk songs were sung by socialists like Woody Guthrie, Joe Hill and Pete Seeger

also how the Blue Hell is this a 'velocitous' thread? it has a fucking dozen posts

just admit you're cherrypicking to make us look bad because we trigger the main userbase you want to datamine, yogacuck

Dude, chill, I was joking. Wasn't it obvious?

I have to say though, house and techno DID originate in African-American communities. I mean, these genres were born in Chicago and Detroit, respectively. Most of the celebrated house and techno artists are black, just like with blues or jazz.

This plus the fact that black musical culture is woven into the fabric of American folk music. It's pretty stupid for old-timey white nationalists to idolize a musical tradition that owes as much to the blues as it does to Cajun string music.

Nigger Black Flag did that and they were crackers and spics.

Black Flag started first, but were they the first to actually play that kind of music?

It seems so. If you look at their early stuff it's a departure from the verse-chorus-verse format of most punk bands.

SAGE

PR here I apologize from the bottom of my heart

sage, dumbass.

you know what just for that i'm not gonna sage this time either.
just because you don't have anything to contribute and no reason to use a trip doesn't mean nobody else does.

Why do you care about which music people listen to?
