90% of the hate for this game are shills and people who haven't actually paid for or played the game. Know why there aren't a shit load of Doom threads on Holla Forums and half chan? Because everyone is too busy having fun with it.
The singleplayer is phenomenal and actually fun. Multiplayer is a decent respite when you get overwhelmed in singleplayer (which will happen).
If you guys dont want to pay 60 for the game just get it from cdkeys its like 35 bucks atm. Its most definitely worth that price for the singleplayer alone.
