It is a single inconsequential document that coincidentally appeals very strongly to the autist-right crowd because it presents as a redpill juxtaposed against the mainstream narrative. Again, why would a CIA agent take the risk to leak something so insignificant? Why would it be published as something standalone?

Not to mention the extremely valuable intelligence asset that Wikileaks would present. Also, the recent leak would lend credibility on an international scale.

There was a lot found in the Bitcoin Blockchain, several GPG keys and some GPG encrypted files from WikiLeaks. Video was later found of Assange talking about this as a means of timestamp verification and it is the best place for a DMS because it would be almost impossible to censor.
The whole of October/November stunk, frankly, and SOMETHING likely did happen. But, in my opinion, the DMS did not go off - at least on the Bitcoin Blockchain.

For a browser to fetch data over HTTP, you need to run the IPFS daemon to act as a router, a middleman between the IPFS network and the TCP/IP network you and I know and love.
127.0.0.1 is a private IP that is unique to your computer. The IPFS daemon must run on your computer for this address to work.
After starting the IPFS daemon, this URL should work:
