Here's a simple frequency spectrum comparison. There does not appear to be a clear match. Granted, there's a fuckload of noise in both samples so it's not exactly apples to apples. I'll do another with the crowd/screaming kid filtered out.

For those who don't know, what we're comparing are peaks and troughs in frequency, not overall amplitude.

The perp in the video is yelling, while podesta's voice samples are at regular talking level, and he has a very nasal inflection to his voice which would presumably be less nasal during yelling which comes more from the throat and diaphram. There is also the fact that New Jersey italian accents all fucking sound the same tbh. I don't see the similarity between podesta and the video to be honest but given the difference between yelling and talking it could still be him. The sound comparison is neither confirmation nor debunking IMO. We need a qualified sound engineer to clean up the noise in both voice samples before any kind of spectral analysis is valid.

When I was a kid I remember gaining a fascination with torture and capital punishment. If I know anything about voice recognization and audio, it doesn't work like that. Plus those tracks don't even match. All they show is that the voice goes into a similar pitch or whatever at certain points. Voice recognizition is way more advanced based on comparing how different syllables are prounounced etc. But I've only done one course of signal theory so I might be wrong here.

Why water proof a lighting system when you can just put her in another enclosure?
