Even if President Trump can’t convince the courts to approve his extreme vetting executive order, he may have another tool at his disposal that would allow him to strip visas from some of the seven countries he’s trying to target, crackdown supporters say.
A federal law says the government can stop issuing visas to countries that are deemed “uncooperative” because they refuse to take back their citizens when the U.S. tries to deport them. At least five of the seven countries Mr. Trump is targeting — Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia and Sudan — are already on that list, according to new data obtained by the Immigration Reform Law Institute.
All Mr. Trump would have to do is have his Homeland Security Department secretary issue an official notification about those countries, and the State Department would immediately halt visas, IRLA says.
“Each of these countries either cannot or are unwilling to take back their citizens, all of whom have either violated our immigration laws or committed crimes against our own. For that reason alone, the Trump administration can and should put a complete halt to their visa privileges. In fact, the law requires it,” said Ian Smith, investigative associate at the IRLA.
Both the Bush and Obama administrations have used the tool before, but never on more than one country, and not as part of a crackdown on potential terrorism.
Wew. How soon before those judges that ruled against him get tossed?
Jayden Smith
What happens when the court deems that law unconstitutional?
Hunter Martinez
My concern is that Trump has not yet used Nuclear Options like the one IDed by OP.
How long are we to wait for decisive, system bucking action, before we conclud that the deep state has absorbed Trump?

Kek has told us what will happen.

9th Court is gonna get BTFOd two ways now
Michael Nelson
The 9th Circuit can apply the exact same reasoning they used for their previous ruling to this statute. Because that ruling had absolutely nothing to do with the law itself, but with Trump's spoken intention of banning moslems.
Owen Sanders
Except this isn't the issuance of new law, simply the application of existing law that's already been deemed valid.
Henry Morris
Kikes will try to make argument and change context on a whim like "the sky is really green, you're just racist for thinking it's blue" if it suits their agenda and narrative.
Gabriel Hall
Wasn't their ruling was based on his use of the word "alien" (referring to the Constitution) but because people who have visas or some bullshit, they're saying "Well they're not really ayyliens anymore lmao" ?
Michael Davis
Maybe that was part of it, but the gist of it was that he had used the term "ban moslems" during the campaign, which revealed his intentions to discriminate against moslems, which violates the Equal Protection and Establishment Clause (but it doesn't).

US politics is now a never-ending YuGiOh episode.

I think Trump is waiting for one of the shitskins the judges let in to rape/murder/allahu so he can engage smug mode while he overrides their faggotry. That's what I would do.

This seems like a bit of yugioh, but this whole shit is more like GiTS

delet this

So does this mean that he will actually ban a legitimately terrorist funding Middle eastern nation, instead of the countries chosen by Obama before him (under zionist orders) that he merely extended as part of the deal when a American president takes the role of isreals commander in chief for the USA?
TL:DR Will he now ban U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and any number of the terrorist aiding nations (not to mention isreal that created ISIS, Al Qaeda and all the other jewhadists orgs) he hasn't bothered to ban?
Matthew Gutierrez
Why does trump even have to listen to the courts? He could easily say that they are to be ignored. There's nothing they can do about it as he has the support of the millions

Life is like Yu-gi-oh, there's rules and shit.
