At first I didn't believe there could be such a huge difference, but after over a decade of drinking raw milk from the cooler, store bought, pasteurized milk tastes bitter, thin, and acidic - even whole milk. Raw milk is sweet and thick, and is heterogenous - it will separate over time with cream on top.

If you live in a rural area, barter(selling it raw can be illegal) with a salt-of-the-earth family farmer for some raw milk to taste the huge difference between real milk and the Jewed version. No, your anecdote does not render shitloads of actual research invalid. If you wanna do a personal study, get your blood tested and then drop all dairy products for a few months, then get it tested again. Repeat this a few times if you can to help minimize any other things that may be affecting your hormone levels fucking with the data. Chances are, every time after you drop dairy you'll have lower estrogen and higher testosterone. That's just the way it is, you can't drink shit full of estrogen and expect it to have no effect on your body. And yes milk usually has some testosterone in it as well, but much much less that estrogen and other estrogen-like hormones.
