Well this went off in a bad direction. My whole idea was to try and dispel some of the delusions of the left (or the right). I'll start: I think Jews are persecuted by the roman catholic church, which is a rival cabal of sorts.

Marx and Engels supposedly got the idea of "class war" from some older French historians that talked about "race war". This didn't have a biological meaning yet (e.g. French aristocrats vs. monarchists). The idea was basically that within society you have two or more different groups, each with their own histories, truths and ways of living, where one of these groups has enslaved the other through some trickery - but the war has never stopped and is still going through all the regulations, laws, propaganda with which the dominant group tries to maintain its domination.
It's a powerful idea that goes directly against today's "progressive" and pacifist ideology of integrating everything into one global hegemonic system.
