I honestly see this happening naturally. If the cities keep the pace they are going on, they're going to fall in on themselves sooner rather than later. Starting a political party in Canada is as easy as openly stating something like "this is now a political party". Dont even need witnesses, but to register youl need to meet a few small requirements. We could easily make a National Socialist party, but that would never work in Canada because its not a racially homogeneous society, and you cant have national socialism without even having a race.
