Being overly concerned about Xenoestrogens is retarded. It's like avoiding going outside because of gas emissions from cars entering your lungs. You need to do eat ridiculous amounts of it to see bad health effects.

Almost every day I eat eggs with a cup of real coffee. I haven't "fapped" in a couple months so far and I plan to go further (at least 100 days, perhaps longer). I want to say one thing: health (whether physically or mentally) is indeed about consumption, but not everything you "consume" is food-related. Lots of people are addicted to the dopamine rush they get through various forms of porn (drawn or acted) and the subsequent masturbation they engage in. If you're in a situation of hard times the last thing you want on your mind is the desire to stroke your dick, otherwise you'll turn into one of those "liberators" and end up raping the local girls (something that should be punishable by execution, as it was the case in NS Germany). Control yourself, especially your base desires to consume trash or vicariously enact them. If you can do this then you will be on the road to a much better you; a tree grows strong when its roots are firmly in place.

So short of it is Xenoestrogens are bad and are about everywhere.tips to avoid them are to eat organic, avoid alcohol, don't use plastic cookery, best to use stainless steel and cast iron stuff, avoid pesticides and gasoline, use organic soaps, tooth paste, shampoos, body wash, get sex, don't masturbate(something about the pheromones), store your food in glass or ceramic, be in the sun, but only use sunscreen that doesn't use paraben.

diet wise, eat leafy greens, pork, beef, eggs, brazil nuts(but these can make you sick if you eat too much), walnuts, avacados, olives, broccoli, some carbs, whole milk, and 1 cup of coffee before lifting. Also filter your water. Testosterone is made from cholesterol, and fat in your diet helps it be "free testosterone".

Aren't muslim rapefugees taught no to fap?
