No, here's what's going to happen: Mexico, via the drug cartels, is going to start smuggling military weapons to the secessionists in California. China and possibly Russia (but not likely; Putin wants to get on Trump's good side, not make him an enemy), along with everyone else who wants a piece of us, will be supplying weapons to Mexico, who gives them to the cartels, who smuggles them into California.

There's several upsides to this:
