Reminder the Third Reich should have been forgotten to history like any other petty dictatorship

Reminder the Third Reich should have been forgotten to history like any other petty dictatorship.

Reminder only because of sappy WW2 drama films churned out by the mass media was Nazism kept fresh in the mind as some sort of special evil, perhaps even an underdog or forbidden fruit.

Daily reminder hack hollywood writers are responsible for the rise of the Neo-Nazis.

The bankers were terrified of Not Socialism and so undertook to vilify it completely in the public consciousness. They did not want to take the chance that it would be worked back into politics.

Many American bankers financed nazis…
And they had their own system of banking…

friendly reminder that most Holla Forums "nazis" don't understand the history of the party.

so basically they wanted to make it not popular by making a lot of movies about it?

there were movies about the USSR, hell, there still are. Both the nazis and the USSR were popularized by western media. I think it's part of a cointelpro program to popularize totalitarianism again.

Movies that made it completely unacceptable to support in any serious or mainstream political context.

And it's worked pretty well.

Thing is the bankers are only human and they kinda fucked up by moving the next stage ou their plans on too soon. Now people are starting to vote nazi anyway.

Still doesn't really make sense user, why not just say Germany was a normal country that got militaristic?

Because if people went into politics with Nazi policies (like having a currency that represents value of labour instead of debt, or providing economic assistance for childbearing instead of importing foreign replacement), and you hadn't vilified Nazi for decades, people would be willing to listen and even vote for them.

That's why it was key to obsess over and vilify Not Socialism itself, not just Germany in general.

but they do that already, it's called social democracy

really makes you think :^)

social fascism my dude

Well it's a good thing Denmark at least has started moving in that direction.

The Nazi boogeyman didn't really become a necessity in Jewish culture until the Six day war in 1967.

got a list?

Ummm WW2 was kind of a big deal…

Sickening ignorance, but that's what I expect of Nazis.

Other petty dictatorships didn't destroy all of fucking Europe

Looks like the beep boop fag-bot got triggered.

The USSR did a pretty good job of ruining all of eastern europe.

Do you even know why people study history shit in school?

yeah fam, growing up, i hated having shoes, running water/electricity/heating in our home. my grandpa had none of those in his childhood.

Authoritarian as fuck, but Eastern Europe enjoyed the most rapid improvement of living standards in their history while under Soviet domination. They had higher living standards under Soviet rule than they even do now. Not that I think the Soviet model is anything that should be replicated.

agreed
soviet model is a product of a post-war situation that created space for a radical modernization program. the point was ruthless modernization by any means necessary. it destroyed the fabric of traditional society to the benefit of the majority. but it should not be replicated in the present situation as such a radical project would yield no results with this kind of global economy and coporate power.

...

That was the point, to bury it under lies and by occasion to attract the vilest right wingers to the official allowed image of it.
You thing far right would disappear if not for hollywood writers? they would exist under some other symbol, the point was to make them unite under swastika (basically symbol of universalism).

However, true anti-supremacism without taking zionism to special standard is emerging on the left with or without Nazi around.
