You can easily argue that the same should hold for any business who violated the NAP and conspired with government to expand their ownership, as property accumulated this way would not be considered legitimate and therefore theft.
Homesteading and perpetual property makes it an extremely impractical ideology, but outside of Holla Forums and a certain youtuber, they are in no way feudalistic, even if a sort of feudalism is an possible outcome somewhere down that path, as all others.

Yes, or at least it has the potential to be more unequal in the long run. They base their ideas around natural law, trying to create a consistent moral framework for property while maximizing personal freedom. Saying you own your self and your labor, any object you claim ownership to must be an result of your labor, and so land ownership can only come from mixing your labor with the land. So far so good, but owning something means you control it, and so a third party, like a commune or government, can not interfere, banning a person from selling their labor, because that would mean the third party is the true owner of that persons labor, and since labor is an extension of one self, the third party is actually claiming ownership over that person.
The problem with this is of course the potential for landownership to be accumulated and thereby gathered and monopolized by an small elite. The elite could then lease out the land to less fortunate in exchange for their labor and a obligation to defend the elites property against invaders, and thats how you get from ancap to literal feudalism.
But potentially worker communes and coops could prove to be more successful than companies or single individuals under ancap, with communes and unions being the ones to accumulate property, the tables would then be turned, making some sort of ancap-communism.
The latter is what some ancaps believe, claiming that the unholy merger of state and the financial sector is what truly allows the type of wealth accumulation we see today, crony capitalism as they call it.
I'm not sure I agree with that last part, but to answer your question. I definitely think they have some points even if most of those points are hand me downs from mutualism
