el-nacional.com/politica/Almagro-Carter-CNE-convocar-revocatorio_0_914308602.html (Luis Almagro (OAS) and Jimmy Carter want the referendum to be held this year)

Up next:

September 7: Protest march to every CNE (National Electoral Council) office, to pressure them to stop sitting on their hands and announce the date of the collection of 20% of signatures. Length: 6 hours.

September 14: "National mobilization day" in each state's capital city in response to the announcement of the 20% collection timeline and conditions by the CNE (limit date for the announcement: September 13th). If the conditions are deemed acceptable, it will be done to pressure the CNE and make them collect the 20% ASAP (that same day or the 15th, I think). If the conditions aren't acceptable, it will be a protest. This happens to be during the 17th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Venezuela, and could probably show the number of people that are against the current government to the heads of state and government attending it. Length: 12 hours.

Day after collecting the 20%: Country-wide 24 hour long protest in order to pressure the CNE to hold the proper recall referendum immediately.

Nice

Kill them all send them to the gulags

finding a way to store 1/30 of the country's population is going to be a pain in the ass

worked for Stalin

Shouldn't these people be working?

This many people simultaneously taking the day off will surely collapse their economy!

Kinda odd how they put the next protests (sept. 7 and 14) right in the middle of the week.

who are the venezuelan opposition? i recall someone mentioning they were basically lukewarm socdems, is this true?

They're neo-liberals.

The grand toilet paper conspiracy of the century has been unfolded!

They're going to empty the warehouses and fail to replenish them.

It's obvious what happened here: they saw that they couldn't profit with the controls/amount of people that can't afford their shit and they fled the country as soon as their could with the first excuse that they came up with.

The main parties are Primero Justicia and Voluntad Popular. You should read into what both parties do to get a good answer to that question.

It is the Venezuelan government that is socdem.

Hah, fucking Porkies. Bet they weren't expecting that.

Or, you know, they were intentionally resource starving Venezuela.

It won't do anything.

They're American-backed puppets, as badly as the PSUV has mismanaged the economy, these people will be even worse.

People experienced in stealing shit can be better than newbies, you know. Steal shit without making the country starve and nobody will complain.

many people are on vacation right now

I stand in solidarity with these workers. This strike along with the even larger on in India, are the fires rising comrades?

It's almost as if you would need to plan economy for that.

JUST
DISPATCH THE MILITARY
DEATH TO ALL TRAITORS AND ENEMIES OF THE PEOPLE

that spike's about to crush that poor cartoon man =(

Some of them are just lukewarm socdems but the loudest voices are US shills and neolibs

Is that the Margit híd
