I'm sorry to say it, but I'm starting to become less interested in original Pixar films. There doesn't seem to be much room for truly inspiring movies anymore, besides Inside Out. This might be passable though.

I have literally no idea what to think of this except for the sets looking pretty impressive. Black Panther's character arc in Civil War was one of the only good things in that piece of shit movie, but I don't know if that's enough to hold up an entire solo movie. At least I have Andy Serkis to look forward to in the role of Ulysses Klaw. I'm interested to see Serkis' talent outside of mo-cap.
I have no expectations for this whatsoever. If it sucks, we always have the original film to look back on, which was just fine, last I remember of it. Or maybe this could surprisingly improve on the original and actually be good. Who knows? Who cares, really?
The first half of this movie is going to suck thanks to the Russos fucking up Civil War. Might be a fairly epic climax, but I'm certain it could never top Justice League.
