Child abuse imagery ‘found within Bitcoin’s blockchain’

There goes your coins. NSA niggers at the behest of Jew bankers have been working hard to end the small success they had, but I must admit, that's a clever way to render it illegal and verboten in the minds of the general public.

total, low-iq unmitiged high viral load faggotry and the worst part is normalniggers would support it

A few weeks ago while suffering from fever I had exactly this idea. What if block chain is used for some nefarious purpose like cp.

The imagery is not actually there unless you use some sort of script to search for it and decode it.

If finding a way to transform some arbitrary set of data into a known illegal set of data makes the original set illegal as well, you might as well just make computers illegal.

Ex:

By adding 1 continuously to whichever set is smaller when interpreted as an unsigned integer, you will _eventually_ create the other set of data (albeit in an incredibly inefficient manner)

So what you're saying is a blockchain is useless for storing any kind of data.

I don't think they would get very far trying to prosecute this.

I'm not very familiar with the inner workings of Bitcoin, but how do illegal images find their way into the blockchain? I thought Buttcoin used that solely to verify the market cap or transactions, not store random files?

This should explain things.

So you use a program to convert your data into a bitcoin address, then send a small amount to that address? I've got to admit, that's a pretty interesting trick. Unfortunately, with something like this you could easily insert something illegal and conveniently shut down stuff that intrudes on your (((Business Interests))) or (((National Security))).

Yeah exactly. It either leads to laws which allow the (((authorities))) to shut it all down, ones which force users to switch to an (((alternative))) system that has been filtered for their safety.

There are ways to append arbitrary data to an transaction.

Coinfags absolutely BTFO.

I can't wait to see the drops and then mine the salt from reddit as the soyboys see their imaginary money vanish.
Hot tip: If your money isn't taken seriously by a central bank backed by a strong military, it's worthless.

They're pushing this hard.

There were very few people smart enough to take profit and sell their crypto bucks. The number of people who bought in at $5000 or above is much greater than the people who bought in earlier. It’s literally a trap for retards. Also lately we’re receiving reports that over 90% of the transactions on the major exchanges are actually fake.

If a person got in early and mined some coins, or bought in when it was just pocket change, good on them. For the rest, well, it’s doubtful they would have managed to hold on to their money anyway, being such retards.

People actually took out second mortgages on their homes to buy bitcoins. Insane.

I feel like a gambling idiot with my traditional stocks and bonds portfolio, the day to day suspense is almost too much, I can’t imagine how a person could cope with having a significant amount of real money tied up in crypto, the high volatility isn’t even as bad as the risk of getting jacked.

BAN MS PAINT NOW! IT CAN BE USED TO DRAW BAD STUFF!

It's not illegal to be in possession of technology to make CP. It's illegal to make and possess CP.

I think he drew a self-portrait.

Next you're going to tell me to vote for Hillary Clinton.

Where do compressed files stand in this?

Now what if you have an otherwise uncompressed file, and someone arbitrarily develops a "completely innocent decompression utility" that turns it into illegal content?

Point is, if transformative operations are allowed in proving someone has X file, it becomes extremely easy to plant evidence on somebody (especially in the case of public web servers). You effectively encode some portion of the content in the operation, regardless if the operation itself bears any resemblance to the final content.

That's why I argue if you want to charge someone with CP, you should have to prove their intentional acquirement of the material. That being said, if someone has a lot of files that look like CP, that's a reasonable grounds for further investigation IMO.

even more of a reason to go with monero

And also governmental secrets.
RIP wikileaks.

Filtered for control.

Gets dumb when you try to define CP as any image involving a minor. Lolis need love too NSA!

So we're doing the "but I know it when I see it" thing now?

How the fuck is that clever. This is literally the first method those fucks always use to Shut It Down™, whatever "it" is.

Every public blockchain can be shlomo'd this way.

If the narrative and the normalniggers are dumb, you cure them to a lovely death.
