I don't think that constitutes trade anyway, as spiders lack both language and the intellectual capacity for negotiation – something necessary for trade. Spiders also lack the concept of property entirely, forget private property. They have an exchange, but it's all based on instinct, much like how the different organs of your body work together and benefit each other, without there necessarily being any conscious thought involved.
