The Millenial generation is defined as having been born from 1982-2000. There is always gonna be some overlap though despite when you were born so I wouldn't worry about such small details, each statistics department of various countries will date it slightly differently - in Australia it's defined as 1982-2000.

I was born in 1982 (turning 35 this year, very soon actually that I just think of myself as 35 now) and while there are some differences, they aren't huge for me until you start getting to the people born in the 95-2000.

I can always find a difference between myself and Gen X because they didn't get mobile phones and internet access until they were adults - I got online in 1996 (I was 14) and a mobile phone a few years later, sure, it was very different back then but the key feature of being a millenial imo is having spent your teenage years online. There were no chans back then, but we used IRC and web boards like the very old bolt.com and yahoo groups whereas gen x likely used newsgroups for discussion and not just accessing warez and porn like younger guys like me did, so there is a clear difference (to me) between Millenials and Gen X, but this is more obvious to you younger guys as there is less overlap between you and them and myself and them.

People here claim Gen Z will be right wing, my kids are Gen Z (as I said earlier in the thread) but my own anecdotal experience tells me the majority of these white kids will be the weakest generation yet (just being honest).

I take my eldest kid to the park every day and the park is always full of chink and other mystery meat kids, white Australian kids are lucky to make up half of what I see. So, the numbers are down because millenials just aren't having kids, getting married and the ones who do are too busy working to meet their mortgage.

Furthermore, the white Gen Z kids that I do know of (under 5) have spent all their childhood on mum's phone and ipad from like age 1. My kid was reaching for this shit around that age but we didn't let him until recently - we let him use the ipad as a TV at breakfast time and I stream old shit like He-Man and Pingu (and MLG pingu to introduce the idea that these shows can be taken, edited and created anew) for him to watch but most parents allow their kids to watch whatever they want (Youtube is full of supposed kids shows but they are just advertisements - go and look at all the top kid youtube shows), and I also block all ads so that my kid isn't exposed to advertising at such a young age - but most kids are being swamped with advertisements from a very young age now.

This is less true for the older Gen Z born soon after 2000, but that only extends to around 2006 or so, the oldest of this ipad/iphone generation of Gen Z kids is now around 10 years of age and they are total faggots addicted to their devices and this behaviour is enabled by their Millenial parents who are too busy to care. It's easier for a Millenial parent to give their kid an ipad as means to occupy them for a long period of time.

Also, obesity levels in Gen Z are off the fucking chart. You wouldn't believe how fat some of these kids are and they haven't even hit puberty yet. Sadly, there is going to be a lot of young, white teenage boys who are fat and unattractive to their female counterparts. In addition to this, Australia has been flooded with poor mystery meat who can't afford such luxuries as each kid having an ipad and constant take away meals for lunch and dinner, plus their parents are usually on welfare and take them to the park, so their kids will be in better shape and probably bully the fuck out of Gen Z.

I'm raising my kids with all of this in mind, which is why I make the effort to take my kid to the park, encourage him to do things he is afraid of (certain play equipment given his age) to build his confidence in himself and ability, and LIMIT internet access and the content they watch. We also constantly wrestle and do some sword fighting, and I encourage him to fight me. I didn't want to raise an aggressive kid but the future I see coming down the pipeline, well, I don't see much else I can do to ensure he doesn't get bullied and picked on by the mystery meat flooding Australia.

A lot of millenials around my age are totally cucked and would frown upon my ideas if they knew, but their kids are going to get fucking crushed for being weak and it will be the parents fault because on the one hand they encourage the non-white immigration into the country and on the other hand made their kids weak and unable to defend themselves against the future that is coming.

Myspace was started in 2003 which was a few years after I started using the internet which if I remember correctly was late 2000 I honestly don't think that 3 year gap was enough to make a big difference. As a parent, the thing that worries me the most is what happens after the boomers are all dead and buried. In Australia, boomers make up something like 25% of the vote. That's a huge chunk of the white vote that will be gone in about 20 years time which will coincide with my kids becoming adults. Really though, what did having such a large % of the vote get me and my kids? Total fucking disaster, so perhaps it won't matter that much anyway. It's just that I'm worried when these non-whites in Australia begin to vote and look out for their own interests as their numbers rise and the effect this will have on my kids (and their kids).

I'm still considering home schooling as we can't afford to send our kids to a private school. My wife is a stay at home mum, we could afford to send em private if she went back to work but then both kids would have to go into childcare now and I don't want that. Why even bother having kids if you're just gonna pay some non-white to look after them? As hard as it is, try to see the brighter things in life. Lifting is important because it builds mental as well as physical strength. If you have a good girlfriend, talk her into having a baby, whatever you have to do, just get her pregnant, the rest will fall into place. I'm not sure that is the best advice for all, some want the perfect home, perfect wife, perfect career but life just doesn't work that way for most. My wife use to work but I told her we're having a baby and that was that, that is what I did twice (and likely will a 3rd time soon) and it has worked out fine even though things can be tough money wise at times, you gotta pass the baton forward somehow or another, you must.

Keep in mind that being a parent is a learning process, it's a lot of pressure but also a lot of fun and you really just learn as you go. The second time around is 100 times easier though because you have the experience of the first one to fall back on. IMO, you don't have to be the best parent all the time, you just have to do your best most of the time, kids are really forgiving and robust, they can survive anything, they are not near as fragile as people make out.

5. Housing collapse/Global financial crisis - economy and job prospects become extremely dire, beginning of extreme acceleration in both the wealth divide and the monetary base. The monetary base expands at previously unimaginable levels as the central bank turns world markets on their heads by using several rounds of quantitative easing. Perversely, this inflates asset prices mostly of government bonds and then the stock market, rendering previous financial models obsolete. You could go on and on… really it just boils down to the dissillusionment of a college degree meaning a job entirely vanishing

I'd say those are the 5 biggest societal forces during my lifetime as a millennial. If you were born in 89 you were a kid on the internet, growing pubes when 9/11 happened, got a cell phone right when you would have needed it or not needed it most, had myspace in high school and first or second freshman class on facebook, job impacts from recession, although not as severe as people 1-3 years older.

Our generation is more fragmented than it is given credit for due to all this. I don't usually feel a generational connection with someone unless they are +- 3 or 4 years my age. I usually get along best with people +-1 my age or people 55+ though
