Any truth to this?

Southern France is basically already lost at this point, southern Italy isn't doing too hot either but that's partly due to the Mafia fucking over her own people.

Southern Italy is thoroughly "white". In the sense that most of its people do not racemix, but:
1) The old Saracen genes really show in a lot of its people, being browner than the average Italian
2) A lot of people seem to have taken a liking to niggers so much they started adopting them and turning into their own pet children
3) There are remarkably few foreigners that start a family in Southern Italy, meaning that they might be living there but they'll most definitely fuck off to Germany or back home when they have enough money to do so.

Northern Italy is much more divided: white communities mixed with chinese colonies and the occasional nigger ghetto. It's got so bad the Chinese started repopulating low-density towns.

I'm not arguing whiteness, I'm arguing ability to stem the tide of Africans. Germany has excellent infrastructure and (despite everything) a somewhat efficient bureaucracy and even we couldn't deport all the browns flooding us. Not without mass-violence, for which we have no real recourse.
