My theory on this is that the Google image identification software doesn't actually use racial terms to identify people because it might result in bad PR scenarios. You've seen the functionality where you can provide it an image and it guesses the contents– if it said "black person" or "white person" it would piss people off when it was wrong. So when you search for "black/white baby" it only goes by the text on the pages where the images are found. And it also makes sense that pictures of black babies would be explicitly labeled as such, but white babies would just be labeled as babies, except when it's a "black and white baby together" or when there are black babies elsewhere on the page. I know Google is always up to some Jewish tricks but this white baby thing is the same if you use any other search engine so I suspect it's just how it is.

Be careful eating less than 1000 calories a day. It's extremely dangerous to lose fat quickly. Even more so then gaining fat quickly. Your heart can just simply stop… You might also develop an eating disorder or insane levels of depression. It's especially dangerous to be a guy with depression.
