The timing of this speech is interesting since it's happening on Monday and Trump said he'd be doing a speech this week (I think I read Tuesday somewhere?), since it makes me wonder if Trump knew there'd be a speech and wanted to be the final word on Obama's legacy or alternatively if Obama thinks he'd have the influence to preempt Trump's speech due to having greater cultural power than Trump.
