At the beginning of this post I would like to apologize for my bad English skills and I hope you still understand what I mean.
Also, I beg your pardon if this is the wrong board for my message.

I am a new member of this website, and I always come across genetics when it comes to different human races.
Especially the appearance and attractiveness of a person is often mentioned in this term.
For several years now, I have been dealing with our general health and nutrition.

Thanks to new experiences, I am firmly convinced that the way we feed ourselves to a large extent affects our genetics either positively, or negatively.
I came to this realization when I discovered the works of a man named Weston Andrew Valleau Price.
When I understood everything correctly, he was a dentist and nutritionist who was looking for factors that required good health and was lacking in the modern world - he found them mainly in food.
Especially in the food of different peoples living in solitude from modern civilization, he found that these had little to no decay / caries and also no degeneration of the body.
He also noted that a "deformed body" can be created by a mainly sugary and cereal diet (especially in growth).
This means crooked teeth, oblique dentition, a crooked nose, overbite, no midline in the face, small stature and much more. The race did not matter.

People who, on the other hand, have fed a healthy diet from birth, rarely had to deal with the problems mentioned above.
A healthy and balanced diet has been defined as: animal intestines, healthy fats (coconut oil, red palm oil, ghee), raw milk (cheese), bone broth, cod liver oil, algae (spirulina, chlorella), various fish and much more.
In addition, this should be avoided:

- fluoridated water
- fluoridated toothpaste
- artificial sweeteners
- Dental filling consisting of amalgam
- Coffee
- Phytic acid
- Gluten
- Oxalates
- Lectins
- genetically modified food
- Soy
- refined sugar
- wheat and grains
and others.

You mad I have non-fluoridated toothpaste that I use once in awhile and that I mostly just use oil to brush my teeth because if I use any kind of toothpaste the result is terribly bad breath, bleeding lips, and feeling ill?

Meanwhile I have no more bad breath.

When I do use my non-fluoridated toothpaste (like once a month) to get everything extra clean), I then proceed with oil afterwards (used to use mostly extra virgin olive-oil, now I have coconut oil and use that) or else I'll get bad breath.

Oil gets your mouth nice and clean without causing any issues.

Your breath has more to do with your diet than what you use to clean your teeth. If you eat shit, you'll breath will smell like shit.

The same is true of toothpaste in normal people. I've never had bleeding gums/lips or illness from using fluoride toothpaste and I've never seen or heard of that in anyone else. That's your own personal problem.

Fluroide ingested in a large enough quantity over time causes fluorosis; fluoride poisoning. This makes people more passive and obedient, as well as lowers IQ. The general narrative in the US is that it's added to the water to help keep our teeth healthy, which isn't necessarily wrong. Fluoride does indeed make your teeth stronger and more resistant to bacteria. The problem though is that they also claim that the amounts added to the water are too negligible to result in fluoride poisoning, which is grade A bullshit.

So this brings us back to my post, where I pretty explicitly say that you shouldn't ingest fluoride. Fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwash are fine as long as you're not swallowing them, just be weary of tap water.

Our bodies are porous. All that fluoride is entering into our bodies and staying in us. We might as well be swallowing the toothpaste… and fluoride is NOT good for our teeth wtf!

THOUGHT FORMS.

The actual effects of this are not well documented but are suspected to be the leading cause of what people think is "gluten intolerance" in north america.

This filter looks like it's just a carbon filter. Carbon filters are mainly only good for removing Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) from water. They will also remove a small percentage of flouride and other compounds in water but not significantly. If you want pure water, you need reverse osmosis filtration or distillation. Distillation will separate all dissolved solids from water (But not VOCs, requiring either a pre distillation VOC "boil off" or a post distillation run through a carbon filter). Reverse osmosis will remove 99% or so of dissolved solids and is usually much cheaper than distillation (unless you're getting free energy). The problem with RO is that you have to replace filters, and as filters are used over time, their effectiveness diminishes.

I've started ingesting gamma rays in very small amounts in an attempt to alter my DNA. I eat just about anything honestly. IMO, people should eat as many different things as possible, just remember take everything in moderation. I avoid most processed packaged foods, not really for the "health" benefit (though its usually a good idea) but mainly because it's much more expensive. Most packaged foods are some combination of flour, sugar, and corn.

Why spend $3 on a package of cookies when you can buy 5lbs of flour for $2 and make your own?

I eat a lot of eggs, milk, dry instant oats, whatever fruits are on sale (bananas always, apples, black berries, blueberries, oranges, kiwi, whatever), beef (mainly whole cuts, on sale, that i'll mince/grind at home or slice as needed), chicken (prettymuch only dark meat), sweet potatoes, cheeses, pasta, beans, natural peanutbutter (no sugar or other stuff added, except salt), pizza from homemade dough, homemade baked goods, and whatever else seems good.

I've also read the other book Cure Tooth Decay by Ramiel Nagel he mentioned. It's much shorter and straight to the point if you're primarily just interested in tooth decay and healing cavities. It absolutely works but requires a very strict diet and many of the foods can be hard to get depending on where you live.

You can get RO systems (usually 3 tiered) for fairly cheap. I think about $200 or so. The problem stems from how much water you put through it since filters are only rated for x number of gallons before you replace them. If you filter only drinking water and not ALL water, it should last a while. Check prices at hardware stores and check how many gallons each filter is and costs of replacement filters.

Distillation isn't too hard either, you just need a heater and some pipe to condense the vapor. Depending on the cost of gas or electric in your area, distillation can actually be more cost effective but it's nearly impossible to buy a premade system inexpensively (at least in North America). If you're in Europe there seems to be a lot of traditional distillation making in Eastern Europe that still use hand hammered copper techniques, of course that's for booze but it's literally the same equipment.

This is a topic Holla Forums really needs to talk about. Jews have fucked up Western agriculture and we have no idea what the extent of the damage is. The amount of fucked up diseases/mutations in the general population, specifically the younger generation that was born post mid 1970's (when they starting spraying pesticides on crops and feeding hormones to livestock), is absolutely enormous. Most of my experience is anecdotal, but I have sever dietary, allergy, and auto-immunity issues that developed around puberty and recently got much worse (early 20s now) and have a very, very intensive team of doctors at one of the Mayo Clinics in North America.

I have had long conversations with my GI, dietitian, and allergist about this specifically before. My GI, who is in his early 70's, has been practicing for almost 45 years. According to him, the majority of his career was dealing with the type of person you would expect: middle-aged and elderly people who had lived unhealthy lifestyles and were obese. But, according to him, during the past 10-15 years, his patients are almost entirely people below the age of 30 or 35ish, who have severe reactions to things like preservatives and pesticides that are commonly used on food. His theory is that this is because we are the first generation to be entirely raised eating foods sprayed and injected with literal poisons. Because, again, these farming practices were introduced in the late 70's and early 80's. He has a lot of patients who are only able to eat certified "organic" produce/meat because they have severe allergic reactions to preservatives and pesticides.

And that is just the preservatives and pesticides. I could also post multiple paragraphs about how fucking awful xeno-estrogens are, and how prevalent they are in the Western world. They are present in almost everything the average person consumes, along with most hygiene products they cover their bodies with. The negative effects on boys being exposed to massive amounts of xeno-estrogens should be obvious, and I know I don't have to explain to Holla Forums why that needs to be avoided.

Except none of the sources he posted claimed that it was bad because its GMO, besides its been a while since I've seen inorganic tofu in a groccery store, I think soy companies have a hard time selling GMO soy because most people who consume tofu in western countries are fairly health conscious.

All the sources he posted were babbling about how soy can surpress thyroid function(except it only does that in individuals with iodine deficient diets) and muh phytoestrogens, which is a meme. Soy phytoestrogens won't harm you unless you consume many times more than the average Asian (25-50 mg), the only time they've been shown to have any effect is when consumption of soy is taking to extremes like for example, drinking a quart of soymilk.

There are quite a few different kinds of phytoestrogens and I'm still on the fence about flax and hops but soy won't really harm a person who eats it normally, most people aren't going to consume 3 blocks of tofut a day or drink a quart of soymilk.

To be honest, I didn't even read most of the thread, I'm posting from my phone at work while I'm on a 30 minute "lunch" break. I just skimmed through and was happy to see this type of discussion was at least being had.

Personally, the only foods I eat are organic vegetables and fruits that are grown locally, and organic meat that is butchered locally.

I have severe allergic reactions to a lot of foods, not just preservatives, so I have to also limit myself because of that. Again, anecdotal evidence, but my GI and allergist think that most of my food allergies are being caused by an extreme auto-immune reaction to preservatives and pesticides, and my immune system has basically freaked the fuck out.

Some stuff every Holla Forums man should do:

1. Get rid of all furniture and flooring with synthetic particle boards, glues, and similar bullshit. Get rid of all carpets and vinyl and so on floorings, only have stone and tile and concrete and wood flooring. Buy a large quantity of activated carbon in bulk, get a bunch of socks, fill each sock with about 300 to 500 grams of activated carbon depending on how big the space is, and put it in every room. Especially for your bedroom you may want the most there, I have one over the air-duct coming into my room, one in the closet, one more to the middle of the room near a fan. That is way overkill though, a single sock of 500 grams could easily filter an entire house that is 24 by 32 feet with two floors easily (I did exactly that for one guy I gifted some activated carbon to, his whole house smelt terrible before, after just one day most of the smell was gone, after a few days it was all gone). I spent several hundred hours just researching everything about air filtration and water filtration and filtration in general, simply having socks filled with activated carbon is a shitload more effective than buying one of those commercial HEPA air-filter thingies for the house that cost like $200 minimum. If you want truly clean air here is what you need:

1. A simple box-fan with a regular 20x20 furnace filter stuck to the back. If you want it to be more effective, you build a wooden box around the boxfan and have two inserts for furnace filters on each end that fit in snug. Removes a lot of dust and other stuff from the air.
2. Activated carbon; removes all the smells and VOCs and most other shit from the air. You can buy like 900 grams of it for about $30 CDN. A whole bucket doesn't cost more. Quantities as small as about 50 grams should work for an entire month for a closet. About 200 grams will do a very large room. A 100 grams will be good for your car. If you smoke, burn incense, or do other stuff that pollutes the air a lot regularly then it'll not last as long. You can make it last much longer though by, when you notice it's not working anymore, taking it out into the sunlight or passing it under UV (it's the UV that does this) so the UV can act on it to breakdown stuff in there more and you can take it back inside and use it longer. You can do this about 24 times (once a month) and make a small bag of say 100 grams of activated carbon last you 2 years. Then you just dump it in your garden where it helps improve the quality of the soil. This shit is amazing for both air and water filtration, really cheap, something every Holla Forumsack should have. Easily found in aquarium stores, try to find a place that will do bulk orders for you. You can put it in your refrigerator, in shoes, etc…
3. Get snake plants they produce oxygen at night, barely require any light, barely require any nutrients, can be grown in just water or dirt, are easy to propagate, they are simply the best houseplant there is.
4. Clean up from time to time to remove lots of dust and keep lots of things inside of storage boxes (not cardboard though).
5. Try to keep people from fucking up your indoor air quality while cooking or doing cleaning with harsh chemical fumes by getting everything properly ventilated.
6. If you're worried about viruses and other living-type stuff in your air, you just get UV lights and they sterilize the air as the air passes over them. That's basically what hospitals have.

If nothing else though just getting activated carbon and keeping it around in strategically placed socks in places like your bedroom will make the biggest difference of anything and cost you barely anything. No more smells, no more VOCs, your sense of smell consequently will become much better and you will feel better.

This is good very information, do you have more stuff like this, or some good sources? I have just started getting into air-filtration and airborne toxins recently because I developed a severe allergic reaction to cigarette smoke in the past few years.

Can I ask what type of foods you eat? Like I've said, I can only eat organic shit without having a reaction, and I'm also allergic to a lot of actual foods. Interestingly enough, most of the foods I'm allergic to are crops that are extremely heavily sprayed. (Corn, wheat, and potatoes are my most severe allergies). This here is exactly what I have (two of them in fact) in my bedroom.

I eat lots of organic sourdough rye bread, lots of cheese, lots of yoghurt, I had to stop eating fruit because of sensitivities but once in awhile I buy bags of frozen wild blueberries cheap and just mix that with yoghurt, and I also know everyone at the market because I work there and so they don't like to me and I know where they're getting the food and they give me whatever I want way cheap… so sometimes I get random other fruits but only if the quality is good. Right now I got 48 avocados I'm still eating through for only $8 CDN. Sometimes I get bananas. After getting so sick on a fruitarian diet I really am not too fond of fruit. I also eat rosehips. A lot of more obscure fruits like rosehips, gooseberries, saskatoon berries, etc. aren't so jewed and also anything that is grown but not as food such as pumpkins (which people just use as a decorations). All cucurbitae (squash, pumpkins, cucumbers) are completely edible you can eat the seeds, the rind, the insides, the leaves, the vine… I don't know of anyone eating the roots but I wouldn't be surprised if you could eat that too. I grow my own tomatoes, varieties like Purple Cherokee, Black Krim, Old German, and lots and lots of Green Zebras… and don't eat the regular tomatoes which taste completely different. I also consume honey and cream of wheat regularly and lately have been drinking and bathing with a lot of cedar tea because a medicine man told me to so I boiled an entire pot full with heavily concentrated cedar… and besides that I drink lots of rosehip and fennel tea lately.

I also eat meat, eggs, etc. at random but sometimes meat will have something fucked up in it and make me sick and I avoid it.

I also now at this point have the ability to know when some food is going to fuck my shit up whether it's a donut or some meat or whatever before eating it or just from tasting it a bit. Every single time I've gotten really sick my instinct was telling me to avoid the fuck out of it and not eat it.

I always pay attention to how I feel hours after eating anything and take note if I'm feeling more stress, feeling my skin becoming more oily and gross feeling, feeling more emotionally shit, etc. and take note of the patterns.

I used to eat massive quantities of organic oat meal all the time but now I mostly avoid it. Once in awhile it's ok but I have to mix it with butter and it has to be cooked slow beforehand, no quick microwaving it, otherwise my body doesn't accept it as well. I usually add rosehip jam to it too if I'm going to have it.

Rosehips have a fair bit of protein in them btw.

I also eat hemp hearts grown in Canada and from a particular guy at the market, it's not the same stuff as sold in all the grocery stores, it's of a way higher quality with much higher amount of I think silicon in it.

It's generally not a good idea to go overkill on anyone thing to the point you consume it in huge quantities every single day or you'll probably get sick from doing so. Some stuff I do eat almost every day in large quantities but skipping a day here and there where you don't eat it at all seems to help the body regulate itself.

I eat quite a variety of root crops and vegetables too. Pretty much stopped eating salads completely because they seem to digest way too fast and right now I'm not doing any high-intensity work where that quick energy is desired, I'm just pretty sedentary all day, only doing isometrics type exercises and pranayama and shitposting on Holla Forums and doing some really advanced meditations… so my diet at present is optimized towards brain function with a high emphasis on slow-digestion and lots of quality fats as I am doing a lot of intense mental work and heavy-lighting right now.

If I ever get much more active and do stuff like High Intensity Interval training then I increase consumption of fruits and quick-energy releasing stuff… more sugar. Not a LOT more but certainly more than right now.

eh, I doubt that soy sauce would make a difference, soy sauce solids would basically have to be pure isoflavones in order to be a significant source of them. Honestly unless you are allergic to soy soy sauce and miso should be perfectly safe even if you believe strongly in the phytoestrogen meme and are terrified of them.

Most people I know and people I've heard of who are big on soy(or bigger than the average person) wouldn't eat enough to get an estrogenic effect from it, 3oz of firm tofu only contains about 19.2 milligrams of isoflavones, even if you consumed a 14 oz block of tofu that would be less than 100 milligrams, still not enough to cause issues, and most people wouldn't eat an entire block a day anyway. Veggie burgers and mock meats are actually a less concentrated source of isoflavones than tofu generally speaking(isoflavone and all nutrient content is going to varry pretty widely among processed and prepared foods, simply because different ingredients and different concentrations of the same ingredients are going to be used) so I doubt that they'd cause an issue even if consumed in conjunction with soymilk and tofu. Soymilk doesn't contain much either, only about 6 mg per 80z, a typical drinking glass seems to be 16 oz or so.

I can see the stuff adding up for a select few people between the mock meats, the tofu, and the soymilk(which would be the main sources of isoflavones for the vast majority of people who are likely to consume a lot of soy ) but idk, most people i've met who are dairy free, vegan, or vegetarian(the kinds of people most likely to eat a lot of soy) usually go for almond milk or coconut milk anyway simply because they find that they taste better(and I agree they absolutely do), don't consume very many processed foods which are high in isoflavones save for mock meats, and don't consume tofu by the block, nor do they tend to go for soy-based protein supplements usually preferring a mixture of brown rice and pea protein.

Its weird that organic soy isn't common in your area, I've never seen non-organic whole food soy products like tofu, tempeh, and all the others in any of the grocery stores that I go to. I'm sure that inorganic soy is commonly used in processed foods and I am almost certain that livestock is fed a lot of inorganic soy, since most soy is actually used as animal feed for livestock, as are most grains since they are so damn cheap and feeding animals is expensive but in my personal experience most of the tofu, tempeh, and other whole soy foods that I see on the groccery market shelves have labels that say organic and GMO free.

Part of it could be where I live, Colorado is one of the fittest states in the country.

To the amalgam fillings I would like to say from my own experience that these should be avoided in all cases.
I had a lot as a child and had to pay a lot of money as an adult to have them safely removed.
The operation was very unpleasant and brought many problems with it (very strong headache, several days of insomnia, no appetite, irritated and much more).
It took several months, since the dentist could not remove all at one appointment.

Trench composting is easiest/laziest and most effective way to compost in my experience. I literally just dump everything in the middle of the forest in my backyard and animals come and eat a lot of it. If you want to be more fancy you can make walls out of branches or you can have concrete slabs or you can create walls out of dirt just by digging. You should have lots of mulch nearby (I have the whole area around it mulched and the path to the spot mulched) and have soil to throw on top or you can just dump old pots that had plants in it before on top, soil and all.

Compost bins and tumblers are bullshit and animals just destroy those.

If you don't live in a forest like me then trench-compost is the way to go. Simply set up a bin or something and dig soil out of the ground and into the bin. Then each time you take out compost you just toss it into the trench, then put a layer of the dirt back on top.

In the Foundation there are some people who are unhealthy, overweight and have to deal with modern diseases. But I think that Weston A. Price himself was doing good research and wanted to really help people.
I am in no way an expert in this area and can not say whether a vegetarian, vegan, raw food, fruit-based or omnivorous diet is best for us humans.
Everyone has a different idea of a healthy, balanced and conscious diet, which is also absolutely in order.

My personal opinion is that you can eat from anything as long as it is "real".
Best in organic, not processed, no additives and in a natural condition. Some foods should be soaked, sprouted, fermented and cooked. At least in my eyes.

Problem is my distilled water have some light metal / chemical smell, it was really strong when I distill the first time, it became lighter after I boil off almost 20 litres of tap water, it is very light now but the smell is still there in the water.

Is it the pipe material that caused the smell or is it normal for distill water to smell like this without using carbon filter?

If it's unlined stainless steel (which it almost definately is since it's for making vinegar) it should be nothing to worry about. You could take a sample and send it in for an analysis though. Your local uni may be able to do it for a small fee or even free.

Sally Fallon's recipes are just ridiculous and nearly impossible for an ordinary person to attempt. I used to do it but it was borderline madness, in terms of expense and time. What I went through to source raw milk to make whey so I would have a starter for some extraordinarily complex recipe involving fermentation and blah blah blah. Her little notes on the sides of the recipes are great though. She was advocating a diet with saturated fats and cholesterol at a time when everyone else thought they were poisons. Mainstream nutritional advice is finally starting to come around though after the FDA finally admitted lowering your cholesterol with drugs does not reduce heart disease risk.

When I was a teen I had a very strict diet. Like sprouted quinoa, lacto-fermented veggies and raw salmon for breakfast type of healthy. I kept it up for years but then work, poverty (sushi grade salmon and organic grass fed raw milk is expensive) and laziness kind of got in the way. Now I eat "healthy" like a normal person.

I also believe that our today's food is very soft, which can potentially trigger a weak jaw part (apart from the diet), but I'm not sure.
Some people recommend regular chewing gum to strengthen / train the jaw. But I can not prove whether that is meaningful. Instead of chewing gum I would prefer dry meat.

In regards to Fluoride there is a book by Eustace Mullens called Murder by Injection where he chronicles the story of Fluoride, why it's forced on us, and why it's bad. He cites all the major studies done up to that time. I can't read the book for you, that's on you.

There is NO safe amount of Fluoride and it is not a necessary element in our bodies. It does not promote tooth or bone health other than it can remineralize enamel, but other things can do that (like xylitol) much safer.
Fluoride is strongly linked to bone fractures (cities that Fluoridate have way higher hip fractures in old people) reduced IQ and Down's Syndrome.
The other myth I keep hearing about Fluoride is that the type of Fluoride is what matters ie what it's bonded with. Makes no difference. Both Sodium Fluoride and Fluoride heptametasulfate or whatever it's called are used in animal poison as well as your toothpaste.
Are there doctors that speak out on it? Probably, but not dentists in the USA. You'll lose your license if you say anything bad about Fluoride.

I think I finally found the right thread to adress my problems. I have some very bad teeth decay, to be specific the longest cavity I have I had since 9, which led to partial removal of the tooth. Since then I have a bad Infection in the rootcanal of said tooth. This also causes a terrible taste and smell and led me to literally plug the rootcanal with cotton.
The decay of this tooth has affected the decay of the teeth underneath, which is also beyond repair.

The dentist made an appointment to remove 2 teeth which have been decayed completely, 1 of them has a slight infection.

Now I wonder what I can do after I get these teeth removed to avoid more damage to my health. I worry alot about a deforming jaw & the infection of the teeth may stay after removal. What kind of procedure could I use before and after the removal of the teeth.

Currently I brush my teeth with regular toothpaste, and I use a regular mouthwash and a saltwater rinse afterwards.

I still smile, but I have to take alot of care to not have a breath of death (im serious)

About the diet affecting overall health, I 100% agree. As a child I had a horrible diet which mostly consisted of high sugar & alot of wheat/grain. After I moved out and abadoned the diet of my mother's house I went from +100kg to 75kg, I managed to have a better breath and I have alot more vitality. Still, the bad teeth hunt me with my past and often afflict my acute state (there is no pain, but I my teeth feel like a huge burden and are like an open wound to me)

My diet for a long time was Paleo, while I now reduced the amount of meat in the diet since quality meat is quite expensive.

You can't fix bad breath that way. It's not called decay for no reason, the organic material in your teeth is literally decaying and that smells. Since your teeth are still largly anorganic, the only solution is a diamond drill, remove all decaying matter and add a filling to prevent futher decay fillings can't decay, only wear down or break or entirely remove the tooth.
An infected root canal is even worse, because that is entirely organic matter in there. That stuff isn't just decaying, it's rotting. Rot smells even worse and that smell is in fact one of the ways to tell if the root canal system has been infected.

So, what you need is to get that shit fixed, all of it. Get the teeth out that need to go, get fillings (and root canal treatments, if nessecary) and get a professional cleaning it get back to a clean, healthy state.
Depending on where you live and how much you trust your dentist, you can go to another one and see what they say. No need to mention the previous dentist, no need to get anything done on the first appointment, cite lack of time or whatever. Also get xrays done, expecially bitewings to show any decay, pic related.

Yeah that's a bad idea. It's actually not even that important WHAT you eat, but eat it at once. If you sit at your computer for ten hours slowly nibbeling a pack of sweets, you have sugar in your mouth for ten hours. Eat it at once, your body neutralizes it quickly. As for your cleaning habits, I always use regular toothpaste (free small test stuff, I haven't bought toothpaste in four years) and I have a singly cavity, now filled.
Fucking floss. Daily. It doesn't take long and it prevents the most common kind of decay, the one inbetween your teeth. Don't just use it where you can see/feel debries, commonly after eating shit like chicken or peaches. You also want the plague gone wich is hard to see, so go through everywhere.

As for brushing, basic rule is red to white, so you place your brush on the gingiva and move it all the way up to the crown. Only scrub on the top sides. I would like to tell you about my experience in youth when I am allowed.
A major mistake was that the dentist had removed some teeth due to caries infestation.
As a result, my jaw was becoming narrower in development and the orthodontist had difficulty aligning my teeth.
In the adult age the operations were due (rapid maxillary expansion appliance - see the attached photos) to make the jaw wider and then a correction of the mandible (overbite).
I would recommend not to pull teeth at all. Especially not when you are growing.

To the smell: Since I daily drink 2-3 liters of water, consume healthy fats (coconut oil, red palm oil and ghee), oil pulling every morning for 10 minutes and use a tongue cleaner, I have no more mouth odor.

To amalgam fillings I would like to mention that I had several as a child and adolescent. As an adult, I have had these removed, since a very strong mercury pollution was noted. Some dentists even say that these fillings can cause Alzheimer's and various mental problems.

Also physical exercises should not be neglected. As you have already mentioned, it is about our general health and attitude.
For example, swimming, jogging, climbing, hiking, exercises with a jump rope, boxing, dancing, inline skating, cycling, ice skating, soccer, volleyball, basketball and much more. Also, I can recommend cold showers daily and sexual abstinence. By this I mean not sexual pleasure with a partner, but much more self-satisfaction in connection with pornographic material. I understand, of course, that with this topic everyone has a different opinion, which is absolutely no problem.
We humans, no matter what race, should not become lazy and sluggish, not lose hope, but to take care of ourselves and make the best out of life.

This is ignorance. Your body runs on homeostasis not alkalinity. A very tiny pH change is buffered to return to homeostasis. A large pH change risks disease. In isolation, you are correct about "the dose makes the poison" in regards to the phytoestrogens in soy. You are right on pretty much all accounts, phytates are a non-issue, some lectins can have a negative impact on our health…. if they are consumed raw but foods containing these particular kinds of them like beans are never consumed raw so its a moot point, there is no evidence that soy phytoestrogens are bad for us unless consumed in quantities so massive that common sense would dictate that consuming that much of your diet from only one crop is bad, I've looked into grains and their effect on our health and have found nothing bad, Coffee is not bad for you at all it can be under the right circumstances because it is pretty acidic and contains a lot of caffiene however there are ways to perpare it that reduce the amount of caffeine in there(dark roasts have less caffeiene, and what is decaf? ) caffine is also very dose dependent chances are that if you only consume 1-3 cups a day you are fine so long as you are consuming it in the morning or early afternoon the effects of caffeine wear off in about 4-6 hours. With regards to acidity this may or may not be an issue depending on what the rest of your diet looks like, if you are not the kind of person who neglects to consume his green vegetables then you will likely have healthy blood ph levels unless you drink coffee and eat animal products all day long(animal proteins are notorious for being very high in acid forming amino acids, but consuming them moderately will not screw up your body's ph levels by itself) long story short on the coffee is the same as all of the above; don't be a paranoid fuckwit.

I've never tried them, in fact if the substance is not commonly available and/or exceeding inexpensive or free (like it grows wild and I can forage for it) I haven't really tried many of the so called superfoods simply due to lack of access. My personal opinion on "urine therapy": I do not want to deny that this method may have a positive effect on our well-being, but can understand people who read or hear something like that for the first time in their lives and wonder why anyone is drinking his own urine, as this seems a bit "strange" or "crazy" for many, and it is assumed that toxins are excreted by the urine.
