It's non-coercive by its nature and does not depend on a state: a man on a deserted island could have it as long as he had someone to trade with. Anarcho-capitalism allows for virtually any political system, as long as it is voluntary. You can have communism in your community, and I can have anarcho-capitalism in mine. We just both have to agree to leave one another alone.
