I don't think you understand transhumanism. Transhumanism is a philosophy based around the development and responsible use of tech and nothing more. There is nothing about transhumanism that rejects traditionalism or religion.

They won't be developed over night but rather over decades and decades of work. They are simply advanced technologies that offer mankind better tools and knowledge to work with. If the current trend of ruthless capitalism in the world continues then these technologies will eventually become affordable to the goyim. Free enterprise will cause competing factions to develop these technologies independently and try to capitalize on them as much as possible. I could imagine this making the technology available to politicians, soldiers, and the like.

Essentially it will be given to us because we are animals trying to beat the competition. We will strive to be competitive and seek out these technologies. Future tech follows the same rules as modern tech. These rules are the exact reason we have technology today.

Even if we were to find a way to image the brain we would have to figure out what the fuck we are looking at and then attempt to reproduce it. So AGI (AI capable of consciousness) and the implant you speak of are possibly more than a century or two away.

But who knows? Maybe we will have a breakthrough tomorrow with brain imaging and get superintelligence by the next decade. Really the reality of how these technologies will be adopted and used for better or for worse relies on the political climate of the world and who first discovers it.
