Just consider that we don't know the long term effects of high levels of THC, probably not physically but more likely psychologically. As weed becomes legal to sell, and more importantly grow, efficiency of weed strains or THC levels is going to increase by a great deal. This has already happened in places like California and Colorado where someone who doesn't have a tolerance to THC will get absolutely destroyed by a very marginal dose. Though as your body builds up a resistance, you'll naturally take larger doses of THC in order to achieve the same recreational "high". What kind of person, and more importantly society, that this creates, we'll have to see.
